How to Use Tripod Ballhead

Turn the ballhead locking screw counter-clockwise, then adjust the upper part to your desired position. Turn the locking screw clockwise to tighten the ballhead.

How to Set Tripod to Different Height
If you need to shoot from a different height, the monopod can be flexibly extended by pulling the tripod ballhead. The extension methods are shown below.

Quick Setup Guide

1. Install the phone clamp on the ballhead’s cold-shoe base.

2.  Install the light on the phone clamp.

3. Install the microphone on the top of the video light.

4. Mount the smartphone on the phone clamp and then you can connect the microphone audio cable into the 3.5mm headphone jack on your smartphone. For iPhone, you also need Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter cable to be installed first.

Mount the BSM-1 microphone with the smartphone:

• Plug the TRRS cable into the audio jack of your smartphone. If your phone doesn’t have audio jack, you will need to separately purchase conversion adapter.
• Open the recording app and start recording.

Troubleshooting

The microphone doesn’t work.
Make sure that you are using the correct audio cable – TRS to TRS cable for cameras, TRS to TRRS for smartphones.
The audio contains too much ambient noise.
Make sure that the microphone is close and directly facing the subject. A certain amount of ambient noise is unavoidable in an extremely loud environment.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
•  If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
