Bounce & Discover Llama™
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the Bounce & Discover Llama™.
Take this cute little llama for a spin! With up-and-down and side-to-side
motion, this sweet animal helps kids develop strength and balance while
teaching colors, shapes, and numbers.

WARNING
All packing materials, such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks,
removable tags, cable ties, cords, and packaging screws are not part of this
toy and should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE
Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important information.
GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
-
Make sure the unit is turned Off.
-
Find the battery cover located on the back of the handle. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover.

Remove old batteries by pulling them up on the side of each battery.

Install 2 new AAA batteries following the diagram inside the battery box. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended
for maximum performance.) -
Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
WARNING:
Adult assembly is required for battery installation.
Keep batteries out of reach of children.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION

Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
-
Do not mix old and new batteries.
-
Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries.
-
Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
-
Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
-
Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
-
Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
-
Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in a fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES -
Remove rechargeable batteries from the toy before charging.
-
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
-
Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
With the Bounce & Discover Llama™ safety comes first. To ensure your child’s safety, adult assembly is required. This package contains four screws. For your child’s safety, do not let them play with this toy until it is fully assembled.
- Insert the bottom of the Support Post into the slot on the top of the Support Base. You will hear a click to indicate that the Support Post is attached securely to the Support Base.
- Insert the bottom of the Llama onto the top of the Support Post. You will hear a click to indicate that the Llama is attached securely to the Support Post.
- Insert the Handle behind the Llama’s ears. Insert and tighten the four included screws.
PRODUCT FEATURES

On/Off/Volume Selector
To turn the unit On, slide the On/Off/ Volume Selector to the Low volume or High volume position. You will hear a song, a welcoming phrase, and sounds. To turn the unit Off, slide the On/Off/Volume Selector to the Off position. -
Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the Bounce & Discover Llama TM will automatically shut off after approximately 30 seconds without input.
The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button.
NOTE
If the unit powers down or if the light fades out during play, please install
a new set of batteries.
ACTIVITIES
-
Shape Buttons
Press the Shape Buttons to learn about numbers, colors, and shapes as well as hear fun sounds, melodies, and songs. When a song or melody is playing, bounce up and down on the llama to add fun sounds and phrases over the music. The lights will flash with the sounds. -
Bouncing Llama
Bounce up and down on the llama to hear fun sounds and phrases. Bouncing up and down continuously for several seconds will activate songs or melodies. When a song is playing, bounce the llama to add fun sounds over the songs. If a melody is playing and the bouncing stops, the melody will also stop. Continue bouncing to hear the melody continue. The lights will flash with the sounds.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be in use for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on a hard surface and do not expose the unit to excess moisture.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Please turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of batteries.
