Method of use

Product functions

Set the app-registered product or automation scenario control trigger with ‘Single click’, ‘Double click’ and ‘Long click(3 seconds)’ for each of the four buttons to perform up to 12 actions maximum.

Product Interlink / Reset
  1. Log in to the TUYA app, register the Zigbee sensor hub and click “Add Product” at the bottom of the sensor hub UI.
  2. After put SMART REMOTE close to Zigbee sensor hub and press #3&#4 buttons together for 5 seconds of SMART REMOTE.
  3. Once the status light blinks, take your hands off from the button.
  4. If the status light blinks quickly, the product successfully entered the interlocking mode.
  5. When the product link is successfully completed, the status light turns off and the product is added to the app.
  6. If you reset the product physically, go back to ‘A’ and proceed in the same order.
Action registration method into buttons.
  1. Click the icon of SMART REMOTE added to the app, specify the button at the top of the UI to add the action and click “ADD Scene” at the bottom.
  2. Click “Edit Name” to set the name of the action.
  3. When the name setting is completed, click “Add condition” at the bottom and select the trigger for the action among of “Single Click”, “Double Click”, “Long Press”
  4. When the action trigger selection is completed, click “Add action” at the bottom of Perform Actions and select action you want to run as a trigger among of “Perform Scene”, “Automation”, “Devices”
  5. When registration is completed, click the button and run the action.
    The status light blinks once when you click the button.
