Chapter I Product Introduction

1.1Product overview
Mirror sitting posture instrument is a brand new intelligent sitting posture instrument launched by CZUR. It uses a high-performance wide-angle high- definition camera, Quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, high-definition sensor, laser light, local AI computing power chip, AI sitting posture recognition technology, Bluetooth, Voice/mute reminder, used with a mobile app; has rich functions such as sitting posture reminder and sedentary reminder; suitable for adults, children, families, individuals, etc.
The sitting posture reminder function can remind children or adults of incorrect sitting habits, and gradually develop a good sitting posture to relieve the pressure on the spine and lumbar spine; the sedentary reminder function can improve the habit of children or adults sitting for a long time, and gradually develop active rest Good habits to relieve body and eye fatigue.

Description:

1. Touch the key

1. Tap: switch setting mode;
2. Long touch for 2 seconds and then release: enter/re-record custom sitting posture;
3. Long touch for 5 seconds and then release: Enter APP binding mode.

2. Indicator

1. Blue light flashes: the device is being powered on;
2. The blue light is always on: enter the smart sitting mode;
3. White light flashes: custom sitting posture mode is being entered;
4. The white light is always on: it represents the custom sitting posture mode;
5. The blue light flashes quickly: enter the experience mode;
6. The blue light and white light flash alternately: APP pairing and binding.

1.  The voice reminder function is turned off;

7. RESET button

1. Click after the device starts: enter the firmware upgrade mode;

3. Press and hold while connecting the data cable to the computer: enter the firmware upgrade mode.

Chapter II Operation Guidelines

2.1APP software installation

1. This product is configured and controlled by the mobile APP, please download it from the official website www.czur.com/cn/app/czur, or scan the QR code on the right to download;
2. Install and run the “CZUR” APP, and then follow the prompts.

2.2 Preparation before entering the sitting posture

1. Take the Mirror sitting posture device out of the box;
2. Place the Mirror sitting position instrument with the camera facing the user and place it at a distance of about 50-80cm in front of the user’s front left or right. The user should keep their heads up, straight back, and moderately bowed heads as much as possible;
3. Insert the Type-c cable into the Mirror sitting instrument to connect to the PC or power adapter. The blue light flashes slowly for about 25 seconds and then enters the smart sitting mode. After a long touch for about 2 seconds, release the top touch key to start recording the standard sitting position;
4. Enter the standard sitting posture according to the voice reminder;
5. Note: When entering a sitting posture, the user should keep his head up, straighten his back, lower his head moderately, and avoid directing the lens to the sun or other strong lights, so as not to affect the algorithm and reminder effect.

2.3 Binding device

1. After the mobile phone turns on the system Bluetooth, open the “CZUR” APP;
2. The Mirror sitting posture instrument is powered on and touched for about 5 seconds, then release the top touch key to enter the Bluetooth binding mode;
3. The “CZUR” APP will search for the device (up to 45 seconds or so). When the Mirror sitting instrument is found, click the “Connect Now” button to connect the device;
4. After the connection is successful, enter the “device main page” to operate.

2.4 Firmware upgrade

1. Insert the Type-c cable into the Mirror sitting posture instrument to connect to the PC or power adapter;
2. Open the CZUR firmware upgrade tool on the PC, and click the RESET button at the bottom of the Mirror sitting instrument to start the firmware upgrade;
3. In the CZUR firmware upgrade tool interface, the latest firmware version released by the system will be displayed next to the “currently available latest firmware”, click the “download” button, after the download is complete, click the “upgrade” button to start the upgrade;
4. After the upgrade is successful, a pop-up window will prompt, and the latest information will be displayed in the device information.
5. Note:
   1. When there is a text in the device information indicating that the device is not connected, other functions cannot be operated;

2. During the firmware upgrade process, please do not perform any operations on the device before completion;
3. After the firmware upgrade is successful, wait for the device to restart and use it, and do not perform any operations on the device until it is completed.

Chapter III CommonFault Countermeasures

1. The power indicator does not light up

1. Check whether the Type-c cable is inserted into the device, whether the USB Type-A port is connected to the computer, whether the computer is turned on, and whether the computer USB port is damaged.
2. Check whether the Type-c cable is plugged into the device, whether the USB Type-A port is firmly plugged into the power adapter, and whether the power adapter is plugged into a power strip.

2. No sound prompt
   Confirm whether the voice reminder function key under the base of the Mirror sitting instrument is turned on.

3. . Failed to bind device

1. Check whether the Mirror sitting posture instrument is turned on;
2. Whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.

4. No response after touching the indicator button

1. Check whether the Mirror sitting posture instrument is turned on;
2. Whether the finger touches the all-indicator button
