CZUR Mirror is a brand-new AI posture corrector invented by CZUR. The device is equipped with a wide-angle high-definition camera, quad-core Cortex-A7 processor, high-definition sensor, laser light, local AI chip, AI sitting posture recognition technology, Bluetooth, voice/mute reminder, and a mobile app. Its functions include sitting posture reminders and sedentary reminders. CZUR Mirror is perfect for adults, children, families, individuals, etc. The sitting posture reminder can remind children or adults to sit in a good posture, helping them gradually develop a good sitting habit to relieve the pressure on the cervical vertebra and lumbar vertebra; the sedentary reminder can help children and adults gradually develop the habit of doing some exercise and resting properly to reduce sedentary time, alleviating body and eye strain. Operation Guides

App Installation

1. This product is configured and controlled by a mobile app. Please download the app from the official website www.czur.com/cn/app/czur, or scan the QR code on the right to download the app;
2. Install and run the “CZUR” app, and then follow the prompts.

Preparation for Entering Sitting Posture

1. Unpack CZUR Mirror;
2. Place the device in the left or right area 50-80 cm away in front of the user, with the camera facing a user. The user shall sit up straight as much as possible and lower his/her head properly;
3. Plug the Type-C cable into the device, and connect it to a PC or a power adapter. After the blue light flashes slowly for about 25 seconds, the device will enter the smart sitting posture mode. Touch and hold the Touch Button on the top of the device for about 2 seconds, and then you can start entering a standard sitting posture;
4. Follow the voice prompts to enter standard sitting postures;
5. Note: When entering standard sitting postures, make sure the user sits up straight as much as possible and lower his/her head moderately. Avoid sunlight or other strong light on the camera of the device, so as not to affect the algorithm and reminder effect.

Device Binding

1. Turn on CZUR Mirror;
2. Enable the Bluetooth on your phone and then open the “CZUR” app;
3. Tap the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the “CZUR” app home page, select “Mirror” in the “Add Function Program” interface, and then tap “Selected”. When “Mirror” is added successfully on the home page, tap “Mirror”;
4. In the “Mirror” interface, tap the “+” icon to add CZUR Mirror;
5. Tap and hold the Touch Button on the top of the device for 8 seconds to enter the Bluetooth binding mode;
6. The “CZUR” app will search for the device (the searching will last for about 45 seconds). When CZUR Mirror is found, tap the “Connect Now” button to connect the device;
7. When the device is connected successful, you can enter the “Device Home Page” to operate the device.

Firmware Upgrade

1. Visit the [Download Software] section of the official website www.czur.com, select CZUR Mirror, download and install the firmware upgrade tool on your PC. For software installation steps, refer to prompts on the installation interface;
2. Plug the Type-C cable into the device, and connect it to the PC;
3. Open the CZUR firmware upgrade tool on the PC, and then press the RESET button at the bottom of the device with a paper clip or other hard object to start the firmware upgrade;
4. The latest firmware version released by the system will be displayed next to the “New firmware is now available” in the interface of the firmware upgrade tool. Click the “Download” button to download the new version, and then click the “Upgrade” button to start the upgrade;
5. There will be a voice prompt when the device is upgraded successfully.

7. When the firmware upgrade is in process, do not operate the device;
8. When the firmware is upgraded successfully, restart the device before using it. Do not operate the device when the restart is in progress.

FAQ and Troubleshooting

1. The power indicator is not working. What can I do?
2. Check whether the Type-C cable is plugged into the device, whether the USB Type-A port is properly connected with the computer, whether the computer is powered on and its USB ports work well;
3. Check whether the Type-C cable is plugged into the device, whether the USB Type-A port is firmly plugged into the power adapter, and whether the power adapter is plugged into a power strip.
4. There are no voice prompts. What can I do?
5. Check whether the voice reminder function key under the base of the device is enabled.
6. What can I do when I failed to bind the device with my phone?
7. Check whether the device is powered on;
8. Check whether Bluetooth of mobile phone is enabled.
9. The Touch Button/Indicator does not work when being touched. What can I do?
