Overview
The lens is a new high-speed scanner adopting CMOS technology for digital imaging and rich image algorithms to provide users with high-definition and brightly-colored images and scanning effects. With leading OCR text recognition technology, Lens can quickly convert images into Word, Excel, searchable PDF, and other documents. The lens features a small size, no warm- up time, fast scanning speed, high image quality,energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. The lens is widely applied in many fields, such as finance, securities, insurance, education, communications, government agencies, enterprises, and individuals. It supports rapid scanning of documents, contracts, forms, vouchers, ID documents, and so on. Top Fill Light
- The top-fill light will turn on automatically when you unfold the crossbar casing(about 60 degrees).
- The top-fill light can be controlled by the “Light Control Button”.
- The top-fill light will turn off automatically when you fold the cross-bar casing (about60 degrees).

Cushion: soften the impact of the collision between the crossbar casing and the vertical bar.

Light Control Button: Tap the button lightly to control the top fill light.

Software Installation
Supports XP/Win7/Win8/Win10, 32-bit/64-bit system, and macOS. Visit www.czur.com, go to the Download Software section, select your device model, download the software, and install it on a computer (you can also install, check the update, or upgrade the software directly from the CD). For software installation steps, refer to the installation interface prompts.
Preparation
- Unpack the device from the packing box.
- Connect the device to a computer with the Type-C cable. Open the software and you can use the device.
- Place the black soft pad on a table, align the black soft pad’s notch with the edge of the device base properly. Open the software and check that the black soft pad has covered the entire preview interface, otherwise the algorithm and scanning results will be affected.
- Turn on the device’s fill light to avoid the shadow of the crossbar casing.

- Go to the Download Software section of the official website www.czur.com, select the corresponding model, download the CZUR Lens Software Operation Instructions(you can also check this document in the CD).
- Open the software. For software operation instructions, refer to the CZUR LensSoftware Operation Instructions.
FAQ and Troubleshooting

The power indicator is not working. What can I do? Check whether the Type-C cable is plugged into the device, whether the USB Type-Aport is properly connected to the computer, whether the computer is powered on and
its USB ports work well. -
The software cannot be installed or an error occurs. What can I do?

It supports XP/Win7/Win8/Win10, 32-bit/64-bit system, and macOS.

Check whether the SN is entered correctly. Check the anti-virus software, firewall, or prohibit startup on your computer. Exit the anti-virus software or add trust. Close the firewall or lower the security level.

If you download the software on the official website, make sure that the software has been downloaded successfully and then install it.

There is no image displayed on the software interface and the device cannot scan normally the first time I use the device. What can I do?

Reconnect the Type-C cable or restart the software on the computer.

Replace other USB ports on the computer, for the performance of each USB port of a computer is different.

Exit anti-virus software, security guards, or defensive back-end software.

Check if the “Device Manager” of the computer recognizes the “CZUR Exxxx” device. If a yellow exclamation mark/unknown device appears, right-click to update the driver, disable it first and then enable it, and then restart the software.

Use the “Device Manager” of the computer to disable other “Scanner”, “Monitor”, or”Camera” drivers.

Restart your computer or use another computer.
