Powering the Cello2
The Cello2 runs on either DC power, a Sony NP-F style battery, or via the USB Type-C™ port.
DC Power
Plug a 2.1 mm power cord into the DC input and a power outlet that outputs at
a minimum of 30 W between 11 and 15 V.
Battery
Slide a Sony NP-F style battery into the battery slot, making sure the
terminals and contacts are aligned.
USB Type-C
Connect the Cello2 ’s USB Type-C input with the USB Type-C wall charger. In
order to power the Cello2 ,the wall charger must have Power Delivery 3.0 and a
minimum output of 30 W at either 12 or 15 V.
Recharging the Battery
The battery can be recharged while seated in the battery slot by connecting a
compatible power source to either the DC or USB-C port.

Operation Modes
Each of the four operation modes described below is accessed by repeatedly pressing the mode selector. For complete descriptions and operating instructions, visit luxlilight.com to download the full user manual.

CCT Mode
Allows accurate color temperature adjustment from 2800 to 10,000 K and green/magenta saturation level. -
HSL Mode
Scroll thought the entire color wheel, and adjust the saturation level. -
Filter Mode
Adjust the color temperature setting in 50 K increments and apply one of the 150 colored gels. -
Effects Mode
Includes 10 animated effects with variable parameters.
Connecting to the Composer App

Enable Bluetooth on your device, and open the Composer app.

Power on the Cello².
Note: If the Bluetooth icon is not visible, follow the instructions to enable Bluetooth below. -
Tap the Look for Lights icon in the Composer app.

The app will prompt you to complete the connection with the Cello². Once you do, the Bluetooth icon changes to connected, and the light is ready to use with the app.
To disconnect, exit the app.The Cello² will return to Bluetooth search mode.
To disable Bluetooth on the Cello², press and hold the mode button until the Bluetooth icon disappears.
To enable Bluetooth, press and hold the mode button until the Bluetooth search icon appears onscreen.

Updating the Firmware
Firmware updates are now available through the Composer app.
Refer to the Composer app’s user manual for information and instructions.
Troubleshooting
- If you encounter any problems, first try turning the device off and then on.
- If the problem persists, remove the battery for 15 seconds, and then restart.
Warnings

Battery Low: Battery bar indicator turns red when the battery is below 10%. Recharge the battery immediately.

Battery Empty: The LEDs will shut off.

Overheat: The LEDs will shut off and brightness adjustment is disabled until the unit has cooled to a safe temperature
Important! If the unit frequently overheats, contact Luxli customer support. -
USB Insufficient Voltage: UNABLE TO CHARGE — USB PD: 12 or 15 V

DC Insufficient Voltage: UNABLE TO CHARGE — DC PORT: 11–15 V
One-Year Limited Warranty
This LUXLI product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later.The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.

To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Luxli Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Luxli along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
