Safety Instructions

  • Be cautious of static electricity during installation and Keep the product away from sharp objects or strong corrosive chemicals.
  • Remove nails, metal, or other conductive objects from the installation surface before attaching the rock lights, as it may cause short-circuiting.
  • Do not install the rock lights near any heat sources.
  • Do not allow children to install the rock lights alone.

Introduction

Thanks for choosing the Govee RGBW Rock Lights. This product is a car exterior light that has RGB and warm white lighting color. You can make your car show incredible colors by controlling each rock light individually via the Govee Home app.

Installing Your Device

Before You Install

  1. Unpack the box and check all items listed in the packing list.
  2. Power on the rock light and check whether it lights up.

Installing Steps

  1. Place your car on a car lift or a suitable trench.
  2. Plan a suitable position for the rock lights. Connect the wires to the control box to ensure the length is appropriate, and then tighten the waterproof connector.
  3. Drill the holes on the chassis in the planned position. Attach the rock lights to the chassis and then tighten up with the provided screws.
  4. Connect the control box to the car’s battery. Ensure the red wire connects to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal.
  5. Switch on the control box to start using the rock lights

Pairing Instructions

  1. Download the Gove Home app from the App Store (i0S devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
  3. Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and search for “B7080”.
  4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing.

Troubleshooting

  1. The rock lights do not turn on.
  • Ensure the power is connected and the switch is turned to ‘ON’.
  • Ensure the connection between the rock lights and the cable is stable.

Non-replaceable light source.
Not intended for illumination. Only used for creating ambiance.

  1. Do not connect the rope light to the supply while it is in the packing or wound onto a reel;
  2. Do not use the rope light when covered or recessed into a surface;
  3. Do not open or cut the rope light;

Cannot connect to Bluetooth.

  • Do not skip the Bluetooth connection in the app.
  • Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone has been turned on.
  • Your smartphone may be incompatible with the Govee Home app. Try using a different smartphone, then
  • Power the rock lights and your smartphone Bluetooth off and on, then try again.
  • Ensure that your smartphone is within 1 m/3.28ft of the rock lights when connecting.
  • Clear any obstructions that are between the rock lights and your smartphone.
