Before You Start
Please read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.

The product must be installed and used under the supervision of an adult.
Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
Remove all packaging, separate and count all parts and hardware.
Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed, incorrect installation can lead to danger.
We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once
Ensure a secure surface during installation, and place the product always on a flat, steady, and stable surface
Please use this product with caution. The use of this product requires superb skills to avoid accidents to the user or others due to a fall or collision.
Please wear suitable protective equipment during use, e.g. protective helmet, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, etc.

WARNING ! CAUTION

Product requires adult assembly. Children can be harmed by small parts, sharp edges, and sharp points in the vehicle’s unassembled state.
Care should be taken in the unpacking and assembly of the vehicle. Children should not handle parts, or help in the assembly of the vehicle.
Be sure to properly dispose of the protective materials and plastic bags before assembling. Children are forbidden to play with these packaging materials, as there is a danger of suffocation!
** Suitable for age 37-95months; Maximum user weight is 25 kgs.
Choking hazard—small parts. This product is forbidden to children under 3 years.
Direct Adult Supervision Required. Never leave the child unattended by himself.
Always keep the child in view when he is in the vehicle. Teach appropriate safety rules to your child before allowing the operation of this vehicle. These rules should also be reviewed with other playmates who want to drive this vehicle. Make sure children know and follow these rules for safe driving and riding:
-Always wear shoes;
-Always sit on the seat;
-Always wear a helmet when riding;
-Only one rider at a time.
Keep children within safe riding areas, these areas must be:
A Away from steps/cars/driveways/roads and alleys;
B Away from sloped/inclined surfaces/swimming pools or other bodies of water;
C Away from other dangerous places;
D** Only outdoors. Generally flat ground/playground/Garden asphalt and other hard surfaces;

Never use in the dark. A child could encounter unexpected obstacles and have an accident. Operate the vehicle only in the daytime or in a well-lit area.

Before use, adults should check whether the main components are in good condition:

  • Plugin the battery plug and turn on the power
  • Check whether the battery/charger/wire/plug/body and other parts are damaged; whether the screws are loose; whether there are other damage problems.
  • Avoid using damaged cars before repairs.
  • To avoid damage to the motor and gears, please stop before switching from the forward switch to the reverse switch.
  • Please turn the forward/stop/reverse switch to “0” when not driving.
  • Turn off the power switch. (Note: This switch only controls the driving part.)
  • When the car is driving, do not let any children touch or get close to the wheels.
  • Do not tow or overload anything behind the vehicle, and do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 25 kg.
WARNING: Never leave child unattended
WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
WARNING: Parcels or accessory items, or both, placed on the unit may

cause the unit to become unstable.

Battery/Charger
Batteries/charger/alkaline batteries are not toys and children are forbidden to play. Never short-circuit the battery terminals. Use only with manufacturers prescribed rechargeable battery and charger.
Do not use the battery or charger for any other product. Could cause overheating, fire, or explosion.
Do not open the battery and the charger
Do not charge the battery upside down.
Always maintain the battery dry. Do not let the vehicle contact freshwater or saltwater.

Charge

Charge 4-6 hours before the first time using, but not charge over 10 hours.
Only adults can handle or charge the battery. Never allow children to do that. Turn off the power switch before charging the battery.
Connecting correct polarity when charging.
Examine the battery, charger, and connectors for excessive wear or damage each time you charge the battery. If damage or excessive wear is detected, do not use the charger or the battery until you have replaced the worn or damaged parts.

When the vehicle’s s normal speed apparently slows down or after each use, recharge the battery for 8-12 hours, never charge the battery longer than 18 hours.
Charge the battery in a dry area ONLY.
It is normal that the charger and battery are tepid while charging.
Charge the battery at least three months one time, even if the vehicle has not – been used
**** When the room temperature is lower than 5 degrees Celsius, the actual charging time will be extended by 3-5 hours. Please do not use this product below -5 degrees Celsius.

Packing List

Please identify all parts before assembly and save all packaging materials until assembly is complete.

Battery Connector

Connecting the Battery Line Inserting red wire on the car into a red column on the battery. Insert black wire on the can into a black column on the battery. (Avoiding inserting into the incorrect polarity)

Assembly Steps

Please note before using the product, must be assembled by an adult.

How To Operate Vehicle

Note! 1. when changing the tap position, please make sure the vehicle has completely stopped, otherwise it will damage the gearbox and motor.

All switches are in the front of the vehicle seat.
Power switch: Turn right to start the toy car, turn left to close the toy car.

• Forward| 1. Press the “forward-backward switch” on the “forward” position.
2. Press the “foot pedal”, the vehicle drives forward.

• Stop| The vehicle will brake automatically when your child’s foot is lifted from the “FOOT PEDAL”.
• Reverse| 1. Press the “forward-backward switch” on the “backward” position.
2. Press the “foot pedal”, the vehicle will go backward.
• High-low Speed| Press the “high-low speed switch” on the “high” position, the car will go fast.
Press the “high-low speed switch” on the “low” position, the car will go slow!

Pls note for high-low speed and mp3 function just for your reference, all configurations depend on your order!

Do not close to the ear, improper use can cause hearing damage.

Charging

Open the charger cover

  1. Plug the charger port into the input socket.
  2. Plug the charger plug into a wall outlet, and the battery will begin charging.

Caring For Your Vehicle

  1. The vehicle body is modeled by polypropylene. Solarize or in -15°C use are strictly prohibited. The vehicle should be far away from hot objects, like an oven and heater, plastic parts may melt beside.
  2. Avoid operating the vehicle in wet or snowy conditions, and do not spray the can with a hose. Do not wash the vehicle with soap and water. Washing motors or electrical switches can cause them to corrode and can cause switch or motor failure.
  3. Avoid operating the vehicle on sand, loose dirt, or gravel. Sand, loose dirt, or gravel in the motors or electrical switches can cause them to jam and could cause switch or motor failure.
  4. The vehicle can be wiped down with a soft, dry cloth for a shiny finish, you can wipe plastic parts with a non-wax furniture polish applied to a soft cloth. Do not use automotive wax. Do not use soap or water or spray the vehicle with a hose.
  5. Do not modify the electrical system. When the fault appears and it must be maintained by a professional. Alterations could cause a fire resulting in serious injury and can also ruin the electrical system.
  6. Use for about half a month, check the wheels turning agilely or not, motor work is normal or not. Using infused lube to lubricate moving parts.

Problem The vehicle does not run

  • Cause: The battery may be low on power. After each use and once a month minimum, charge the battery for 8-12 hours

  • Cause: Thermal fuse has tripped. The vehicle is equipped with a self-resetting fuse. When the vehicle is overloaded or operated incorrectly, the self-resetting fuse will be cut off for 1 minute before becoming operational again. The self-resetting fuse is under the seat(refer to the picture)
  • Cause: battery connector or wires are loose Make sure the battery connectors are firmly plugged into each other.
  • Cause: battery is dead Please contact our customer service.
  • Cause: the electric system is damaged Please contact our customer service.
  • Cause: the motor is damaged The motor needs professional repair. Please contact our customer service.

Problems: The battery will not recharge.

  • Cause: battery connector or adapter connector is loose. Make sure the battery connector and adaptor are firmly plugged together
  • Cause: the charger is not plugged in. Make sure the charger is plugged into the wall outlet and the power flow to the outlet is on.

Cause: the charger is not working
Is the charger warm while charging? If not, the charger may be broken and please contact our customer service.

Problem: The vehicle does not run very long

  • Cause: battery may be undercharged You may not charge the battery long enough.After each use, or once a month minimum, charge the battery for 8-12 hours. Do not charge over 18 hours.

Disposal Of Battery

  • Do not throw into a fire. The battery may explode or leak.
  • Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
  • Return an exhausted battery to your local approved lead-acid battery recycler.

Special Explanation ****

WARNINGS

  1. The product is not a means of transportation, do not drive on the street, using the product under adult’s guardianship.
  2. Do not allow children under 36 months s to use the product.
  3. Overage and overload are forbidden. Maximum load:25 kgs.
  4. The can should be assembled and checked by adults, to guarantee safety before use.
  5. Do not wash the product with water, wiping the can using a soft wet cloth only.
  6. Battery charging should be handled by adults only, the charger is not a toy, do not let children play with the charger.

  8. Do not use this product in high-voltage lines, transformer stations, gas stations, hospitals.
  9. Children must wear shoes when using this product.

  11. In order to prevent a child from suffocation, keep plastic bags away from children.
