Product safety
Do not touch the exposed power cord with your hands
Do not bring water to touch the power socket and power panel, which may cause
danger
When using this product on board, please make sure that the power supply lines
and fuses have enough carrying current
- If the AC device is used in the car, RV and yacht, it needs to be installed by professional personnel
- Make sure the power connection is correct
- Do not immerse this product in water
- Do not put cans, beer, etc. into the refrigerator for low-temperature freezing Do not place any electrical equipment in the refrigerator
- Only professional personnel are required for maintenance service, or please contact your seller
- Do not expose the product to rain or strong sunlight for a long time
- After receiving and unpacking the refrigerator, please leave it standing for more than 3 hours before power on
Precautions for use
- When using the refrigerator, please place it in a well-ventilated place, which is conducive to heat dissipation. Especially, the gap between the cooling hole on the compression side and other objects must be greater than100 mm ( 4” ), so as to prevent the high temperature from causing failure or affecting the refrigeration effect.
- Please do not open the door for a long time, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the refrigerator will be too big, and frosting will affect the refrigeration effect.
- Do not clean the refrigerator under tap water.
- Do not use the refrigerator near the heat source, it will reduce the refrigeration performance of the refrigerator.
- Please use the refrigerator on a flat surface. Do not use it at a large angle for a long time. It may affect the service life of the refrigerator and reduce the refrigeration efficiency.
Precautions for basic use
Temperature control range:-4°F -50°F
Standard voltage input range: DC12V / 24V, maximum not exceeding DC30V
-
Refrigerator opening and closing operation:
Connect the correct DC 12 / 24 V power supply. If the refrigerator is in standby mode, the “OFF” symbol will be displayed in the middle of the display screen after the refrigerator completes the self-test. At this time, long- press the on/ off key for 3 seconds to complete the start-up. After the start- up, the display screen will normally display the current temperature in the incubator, working mode, and other characters. After the start-up delay (1 minute preset from the factory), the refrigerator works in the working mode, and the compressor starts to work for refrigeration. To turn off the refrigerator, press the on/ off key for 6 seconds while the keyboard is unlocked. -
Refrigerator keyboard locking and unlocking operation:
If the keyboard is locked (the child lock icon in the lower right corner of the display is on), press and hold the “up/ down” key for 6 seconds at the same time to release the lock. If the child lock icon is not on and there is no operation for 30 seconds, it will automatically enter the keyboard lock state. -
Refrigerator temperature setting operation:
When the keyboard is unlocked, press the “up/ down” key to adjust the temperature rise or fall of the refrigerator (a group of temperature values on the display screen flicker to display the current setting value.
Each time you press the key, the temperature rises or falls by 1 degree. If you hold the key, you can quickly adjust to the required temperature value. If there is no change within 5 seconds, the setting value will be saved automatically. -
Compressor working mode setting:
When the keyboard is unlocked, press the “set” key to freely switch the compressor working mode “Eco I Max”. If you need to quickly cool to a lower temperature, switch to the “Max” mode. If you only need to refrigerate or keep warm, you can set to the “Eco” mode to save energy and power. -
Low voltage protection function setting:
This product has the function of low voltage protection. When it detects that the battery voltage is lower than the set value, it will automatically turn off the compressor to prevent over-discharge from damaging the battery or causing the car unable to start normally. At this time, the display screen will display the “E1” code prompt. If the voltage returns to normal, the refrigerator will automatically enter the working state one minute later. The factory default is “medium”. If you need to change it, please follow the following steps:
a: Unlock keyboard
b: Long press the “set” key for 6 seconds, release it after hearing the beep of the buzzer, and then press the “set” key for a short time. At this time, one of the battery protection level icons “L, m, H” on the display will flash and then press the “up/ down” key to change the setting. Specific value
Battery protection | 12Vcut-off | 12Vcut-in | 24Vcut-off | 24Vcut-in |
---|---|---|---|---|
Low | 9.6V | 10.9V | 21.3V | 22.7V |
Med | 10.4V | 11. 7V | 22.8V | 24.2V |
High | 11.1V | 12.4V | 24.3V | 25.7V |
Note: if your refrigerator enters the battery protection ahead of time, it is
likely that your power supply voltage is insufficient and the low voltage
protection value is set too high. Or your DC power supply wiring is not
suitable, can not provide enough current. Check whether the power supply
wiring is suitable, and consider appropriately lowering the battery protection
gear.
In order to ensure that the car can start normally, it is recommended to set
the protection level at “H” when using the refrigerator on the car
- Single and double temperature zone function:
This product has the function of automatically identifying the temperature zone. Inserting the middle partition, the default is a double temperature zone. The left zone is the freezing zone, and the right zone is the refrigeration zone. At this time, the temperature of the freezing zone can be adjusted Remove the diaphragm to use it as a single temperature zone, and the temperature is subject to the actual set value
Cleaning and maintenance
Before cleaning, it is necessary to disconnect the power supply and wipe the
inner and outer surfaces of the refrigerator with a cleaning cloth dipped with
an appropriate amount of water or detergent. It is not allowed to wash
directly with water to avoid damaging electrical components.
When the compressor, module, fan, and temperature sensing head are abnormal
and the input voltage is too low, the error code will appear on the display
screen, and the compressor will stop working. When the refrigerator is not
used for a long time, it is necessary to clean the inside and outside of the
refrigerator and keep it dry, and take moisture-proof and dust-proof measures
to avoid mildew and peculiar smell inside the refrigerator.
Error code description
abnormality is eliminated, unplug the power supply and plug it in again to
return to the temperature display in the box, and the refrigeration mode of
the compressor will start to work in 1 minute.
Error code | Problem description | Resolvent |
---|---|---|
E 0 | The temperature sensing head is damaged | Check or replace the temperature |
sensing head
E 1| Input voltage too low| Check the input voltage and adjust the battery
protection level
E 2| DC fan over current protection| Check the cooling fan
E 3| Abnormal start of compressor| Turn off the power and let it stand for 30
minutes
E 4| Abnormal compressor speed| Adjust compressor operation mode (MAX/ECO)
E 5| Module temperature too high| Move the refrigerator to a ventilated place
to lower the module temperature
Frequently asked questions
♦ If the product does not work properly:
- Check whether the power is on
- Check whether the voltage is too low
- Check all connections from the battery to the refrigerator for looseness or poor contact
- Check the fuse
- Check whether the refrigerator is turned on
- Is the temperature set too high
♦ If the refrigeration performance is poor:
- Too much food is put in the refrigerator
- The temperature of the food in the refrigerator is too high
- The door is not closed properly
- Whether the door seal (sealing ring) is damaged
- Whether the ventilation around the refrigerator is good
- The environment temperature is too high;
- Incorrect temperature setting
♦ Can hear the sound of “water flowing” in the refrigerator
This is normal. It is caused by the flow of refrigerant
When the refrigerator starts, the sound is loud
- ls the refrigerator placed on a flat horizontal surface for use
- Check the surrounding objects for vibration
- At the moment of starting the compressor, when the motor runs from static to high speed, the sound will be a little louder After the speed is stable, the sound will decrease, which is a normal phenomenon
♦ There are water drops around the shell or door seal
It is normal for moisture in humid air to liquefy and condense water droplets
when it comes into contact with a lower temperature shell
♦ Freezing in the cold storage area
The temperature of the frozen zone can be appropriately raised
