FAQ

I hear abnormal noises, such as static.

1. For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20 MB per song). Lossless music formats include APE and FLAG.
2. Your device may not have the proper shielding, which causes interference and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has proper shielding.
3. The headphones are Hi-Res grade which can clearly reproduce sound sources as well as Rub & Buzz and abnormal noise from the player.
