I hear abnormal noises, such as static.
- For the best audio performance, use high fidelity lossless music files (> 20 MB per song). Lossless music formats include APE and FLAG.
- Your device may not have the proper shielding, which causes interference and creates abnormal sounds. Try using another device that has proper shielding.
- The headphones are Hi-Res grade which can clearly reproduce sound sources as well as Rub & Buzz and abnormal noise from the player.
