Headphones enter standby mode: Headphones are turned on:

1. When earbuds are placed into charging case with battery.

Active Noise Cancellation & Pass-Through Function

These headphones include 2 levels of ANC and Pass-through functions for a comfortable listening experience in different noisy environments. To activate them, double-tap the surface of the earbud (left or right) with your fingertips to toggle through different settings.

1. ANC Level 1: suitable for aviation, high-speed train, metro, etc.
2. ANC Level 2: suitable for noisy daily circumstances, such as a mall, café, streets, etc.
3. Pass-through: Let’s in environmental sounds so you don’t need to take out the earbuds to hear what is going on around you.

Extra Functions

1. If headphones cannot pair normally when power on. Open the case, quickly click the pairing button in the case for 3 times to initial search for Left & Right pairing. 2.
2. To unpair the cellphone: Put both L & R into the case, and then press and hold the pairing button in the case for 8 seconds.
3.  OTA Firmware Update: this can be done synchronously with 1 MORE Music APP when Left and Right headphones Bluetooth paired to each other.

1 MORE Inc., (“1 MORE”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase if it is properly used and maintained. Safety Information

1.  Never disassemble the headphones. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

3. Do not use headphones in a thunderstorm storm. This could prevent the headphones from working properly, and also increase your chance of being electrically shocked.
4. Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.
5. Do not listen at high volumes for extended periods of time.
6. Do not use headphones in traffic. Do not use the headphones any time it would be dangerous to be unaware of noises around you.
7. Adult supervision is required for children of age 6 and under.

FAQ

1.  The headphones don’t turn on. Check if your headphones have enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes.
2. The headphones and my device do not connect or take a long time to connect. 1) Check that your headphones are in the “pairing” mode (red and blue lights flash alternately). 2) Make sure that your headphones are not connected to other devices, and that your device is not connected to other Bluetooth devices.
3. If headphones fail to connect excluding the above conditions, please press L and R buttons for 5 seconds when charging, and then take them out of the case: a. Press the L and R buttons twice simultaneously to clear pairing records and re-start the pairing between headphones and device. b. Press L and R buttons for 4 times simultaneously to clear pairing records and re-start the pairing between headphones.
4. My Android device successfully connects to the headphones, but the headphones don’t play music. After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Media Audio” option is on. 4.
