USING THE PORTABLE CHARGING CASE

It is recommended to keep the earbuds in the portable charge case when not in use. While on-the-go, the case doubles as a charging solution for the earbuds. Simply put the earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will automatically begin to charge. A full charge of the earbuds takes 1 hour.

Connect the Micro USB cable to the charging port on case. A full charge of the case battery takes up 2 hours. When the case is charging, the LED light flashes blue light and show the battery power status. When full charged , it will show SOLID blue light “100%”.

Your True Wireless earbuds come pre-paired. When you rermove the earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will automatically turn on.

If they lose connection, please follow the below steps to reconnect.

1. Turn off, both earbuds and turn it back on. If not, place both earbuds back into case and remove from charging case.
2. While earbuds are not in the case, press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds.

The two earbuds will pair to each other automatically.

• Turn ON: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds.
• Turn OFF: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.

Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. Choose “FB-SMTW”. Enter “0000” if asked. You’re paired!

To turn OFF press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds on either earbud.

Select “FB-SMTW” from the Bluetooth menu of your first device. Enter PIN code “0000” if asked. This earbud is ready to use.

To pair the other earbud, make sure your other wireless device is nearby. Same pairing operation as the first earbud. Choose “FB-SMTW”. Enter “0000” if asked.

CONNECTION LOST?

• If only one earbud works, turn off the earbud and reconnect the earbuds as a pair.
• If the paired two earbuds don’t work, turn off the earbud and reconnect earbuds as z pair.
• Make sure your earbuds are within range of your smart device.
• If you hear a long beep, you need to recharge your earbuds. Connection may be lost due to low battery.
