Determine Speaker Location

Set the bass contour switch based on the speakers proximity to side boundaries such as walls and inside a bookcase or cabinet. When close to a boundary the switch should be in the -3dB position in order to maintain level bass response.

• Away from side boundaries such as walls.
• Close to side boundaries such as walls or when the speaker is inside of a cabinet or bookcase.

Connect to a Network

For a Wired Connection
Connect the Ethernet port on the rear to the port on a wireless router using a CAT-5e or higher cable.

For a Wi-Fi Direct Connection

1. On your mobile device, download and open the Google Home App.
2. Follow Google Home instructions to add devices.
3. Follow the prompts for adding devices.
   Note: We recommend giving the speaker a common name so that it can be easily found for streaming later.

Turning Off Network
Network functionality can be turned Off should it be required. The same buttons are used to turn the network On and Off.
Note: When network is Off the following conditions exist.

• Speaker cannot be used for Network streaming when in or out of standby
• Speaker can be used for Bluetooth streaming when out of standby
• Button on top panel must be pressed to wake the unit from standby
  Allow <1min to allow unit to wake up from standby before using the remote or connecting via Bluetooth.

Apple Airplay
To listen to audio via AirPlay on the speaker, ensure your Apple device is connected to the same network as the Receiver and simply select the Speaker as the AirPlay audio playback device.
Note: The speaker will appear as L75MS within the AirPlay speaker menu.

Listening to Streaming Media Sources

Apple Airplay
To listen to audio via AirPlay on the speaker, ensure your Apple device is connected to the same network as the Receiver and simply select the Speaker as the AirPlay audio playback device.

Spotify
Your phone or tablet may be used as a remote control. Visit spotify.com/connect to for details.
