SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Please read all of the instructions before use
To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury when using your
water dispenser, follow these basic precautions:
- Read all instructions before using the water dispenser.
- Never clean parts with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
- Do not store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other water dispenser.

Operating Safety
- Before operating the water dispenser to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
- Use only 3 or 5 gallon water bottles.
- Keep gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids away from the water dispenser.
- Clean up any spills that may occur.
- This water dispenser dispenses hot water at a high temperature range which could cause bodily harm. Extreme caution should bused when dispensing hot water.
- Never lift or carry the water dispenser by the water taps or with bottle installed. Such action may damage the taps and will void the product warranty.
- This water dispenser is intended for water dispensing only. Do not use other liquids.
- For indoor use only.
- Do not place water dispenser in an enclosed space or cabinet
- Never allow children to dispense hot water without proper and direct supervision. Unplug unit to prevent unsupervised use by children.
Electrical Safety
- This water dispenser should be properly grounded for your safety. The power cord of this water dispenser is equipped with a three prong plug and should only be used with three prong wall outlets to minimize the possibility of electrical shock.
- Plug the water dispenser into an exclusive properly installed-grounded wall outlet. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord.
- This water dispenser requires a standard 110/120-volt. 60Hz electrical outlet with three-prong ground.
- The power cord should be secured behind the water dispenser and not left exposed or dangling to prevent accidental injury.
- Do not use an adapter plug or extension cord with this water dispenser.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, or any other part of the water dispenser in water or othe liquids.
Improper use of the grounded plug can result in the risk of electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged; have it replaced by a licensed electrician.

LED indicator lights including low water
Power Indicator Light- The light will remain on as long as the water dispenser is plugged in to indicate that the water dispenser is on.
Heating Indicator Light- The light will indicate when the water is heating. The light will remain on while the water is heating and will turn off when it has reached the optimum heat temperature. As the water is dispensed the hot tank will refill and the water will heat. As the water reheats the indicator light will be on.
Cold Indicator Light- The light will indicate when the water is cooling.The light will remain on while the water is cooling and will turn off when it has reached the correct cold water temperature. As water is dispensed, the cold tank will refill and the water will cool . As the water cools this indicator ight will turn on.
Empty Bottle Indicator Light- This light will indicate that the water bottle is low or empty and needs to be replaced. -

OPERATION
Unpacking
This water dispenser has been cleaned prior to packaging the unit . To remove
any dust or debris that may have collected during shipment, we however
recommend cleaning the water dispenser prior to use. Refer to the Rinsing,
Cleaning and Draining section of this manual.
Locating the Water Dispenser
DO NOT PLUG IN THE POWER CORD OR TURN ON THE UNIT
Place the water dispenser upright on a flat surface. Position the water
dispenser so that there is about 10cm (4”) of clearance from the wall on the
back and on both sides
- Place the water dispenser in an area that is:
- Not humid and has a room temperature less than 26° (79°)
- Close to an electrical power outlet
- Away from the heat of direct sunlight and any heating appliance.
- Well ventilated and able to safely support the weight of the water dispenser with a 5 gallon bottle of water fitted.
- Dust and dirt free.
SET UP
Do not plug-in the water dispenser into an electrical outlet or turn on
the unit until water has begun to dispense from the hot, room and cold water
spots. Failure to follow this warning may cause the water dispenser to
overheat.
Use a clean cloth to wipe the cap and shoulder of the 3 or 5 gallon
bottle.
INSTALLING THE WATER BOTTLE INTO THE CABINET DOOR
- Open the cabinet door
- Place the probe assembly on the probe hanger
- Place a 3 or 5 gallon bottle near the cabinet. Remove the entire plastic cap from the top of the bottle
- Clean the outside of the new bottle with a cloth
- Place the probe into the bottle (Product Overview #6)
- Slide the collar down until it clicks in place.
- Push the head down until the tube hits the bottom of the bottle
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door
TURNING ON THE WATER DISPENSER
- Plug the power adapter into a properly grounded wall outlet. The pump of the water dispenser will begin to move water from the bottle to the water tanks. It will take a few minutes for the water tanks to fill for the first time. During this time, the water dispenser pump will be running continuously.
- Before turning on the Hot /Cold water switch (#9/10), ensure that water is already filled inside the water tanks by dispensing a small drop of water from the hot, warm and cold water spouts.
Cold Water – Push the cold water switch (#9) to the ON (I) position
Hot Water – Push the hot water switch (#10) to the ON (I) position
Note: If you do not wish to have either the hot or cold water ON, you can leave the switch in the off (O) position.
Allow about 1 hour for the hot and cold water to reach the desired temperature. During this time the heat indicator light will be on. The light will turn off when the heat process is complete. During this time the cold indicator light will be on. The light will turn off with the cooling process is completed. If any error occurs during the process, the indicator light will blink.
REPLACING THE WATER BOTTLE
To replace the empty water bottle proceed as per below
- Open the cabinet door
- Slide the empty bottle from the cabinet
- Remove the probe assembly (#6) from the empty bottle
- Set the empty bottle to the side
- Place a new bottle next to the cabinet door. Remove the entire plastic cap from the top of the bottle. Clean the outside of the new bottle
- Place the probe assembly (#6) into the bottle
- Slide the collar down until it clicks in place
- Push the head won until the tube hits the bottom of the bottle
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door
EMPTY BOTTLE INDICATOR LIGHT
- When there is water in both the hot and cold water tank, the Empty Bottle Indicator light will be Off
- When the hot or cold water tank is empty, the Empty Bottle indicator light will flash
- When there is water in the tank, but no water remains in the 3 or 5 gallon water bottle, the Empty Bottle indicator light will be On and an alarm will sound for 30 seconds
- When both the hot or cold water tank is empty and no water remains in the 3 or 5 gallon water bottle, the Empty bottle indicator light will flash and an alarm will sound for 30 seonds.
- In the rare event that the water tank is over flowing, the Empty Bottle incicator light will be off and an alarm will sound for 1 minute
When the cabinet door is open, the water pump will not operate.
DISPENSING COLD WATER
Water will take approximately 1 hour after initial set up to become completely
chilled. The Cold indicator light will turn off once the water has been fully
chilled.
- Use the cold water hands free paddle (right paddle). Press and hold to dispense cold water.
- Release to stop dispensing.
DISPENSING ROOM TEMPERATURE WATER
- Press and hold the hands free paddle (middle paddle) . Press and hold to dispense room temperature water.
- Release to stop dispensing.
DISPENSING HOT WATER
Water will take approximately 1 hour after initial set up to reach the optimum
hot temperature.
The Heat indicator light will turn off once the water has been heated.
- Press the Child lock button, then press and hold the hands free paddle (left paddle) to dispense hot water.
- Release to stop dispensing.
RINSING, CLEANING AND DRAINING
For best taste and unit performance, it is recommended that the unit be
cleaned each time the water bottle is replaced.
Use a clean , soft cloth and mild dishwashing liquid. Empty and lean the drip
trip as required. Clean the cold reservoir at least once every 3 months.
DO NOT immerse the water dispenser in water. Avoid abrasive cleaning
aids such as steel wool, Do not use bleach.
Before cleaning always unplug the water dispenser from the electrical
power outlet.
To Clean the Outside of the Unit
Use a disinfectant such as a mild dishwashing liquid and warm water to wipe
down the outside of the water dispenser
INITIAL PRODUCT CLEANING PROCEDURE
Before cleaning, ensure that the unit is OFF and the unit is unplugged and the water dispenser on/off master switch – ‘O’ position (#8)
- Prepare in a small bucket about 3L (0.8 Gal) of room temperature water. (Diagram A)
- Place the bucket inside cabinet door where the 3 or 5 gallon bottle of water would normally be placed.
- Place the probe assembly into the bucket. (Diagram B)
- Plug the water dispenser into an electrical outlet. Turn the water dispenser on/off master switch On (I) position Close the cabinet door. (Diagram C) The pump of the water dispenser will begin to move water from the bottle to the water tanks.
- Turn the Hot/Cold buttons ON (I) position (product overview #9,10). Allow 15-20 minutes for the water to heat/cool.
- Turn the Hot/Cold buttons OFF (0) position (product overview #9,10). Remove the drain cap from the hot tank first (Diagram D)
- Wait unit the water stops flowing.
- Place the drain cap back and ensure it is secure. (Diagram F) Repeat steps 6-8 for the Cold Water Tank. (Diagrams E & F)
- Flush with about 2L of warm/hot water.
- Repeat steps 6-9 for both the hot and cold water tank.
- The water dispenser is now ready for use.
Prepare in a small bucket 3L (0.8 Gal)
Place the probe assembly into the bucket
Place the bucket inside cabinet door and close cabinet door
Remove draincap at the back of the unit
Place the drain cap back and ensure it is secure
Storing the Water Dispenser
If the water dispenser is not to be used for an extended period of time, then proceed as below. Before storage
- Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Drain the water from the taps. Empty any remaining water from the Drain Valve (# 11)
- Store the water dispenser in an upright position
TROUBLE SHOOTING
PROBLEM | SOLUTION |

Water is not flowing from hot or cold water tap | When a bottle is first |
installed, it may require you to hold the tap down for up to 30 seconds for
water to begin flowing.
Water temperature is not cold enough.| The water dispenser does not have the
correct clearances from the wall. Too much water has been dispensed within a
short period of time. Allow time for the cooling system to recycle. The room
temperature is too hot (>25° C) or the room is too humid. Find a cooler
location to place your water dispenser
Water temperature is not hot enough| The water dispenser does not have the
correct clearances from the wall. Too much water has been dispensed within a
short period of time. Allow time for the heating system to recycle. The room
temperature is too hot (>25° C) or the room is too humid. Find a cooler
location to place your water dispenser
Not pumping water after replacing the water bottle| Unplug the water dispenser
and check all the connects in the water bottle cabinet. It is possible that a
connection became loose while moving the bottle. Even a slight loose
connection can cause the unit not to operate properly
Vibrations| Check to ensure that the water dispenser is on a level surface
Water tastes ‘funny| The water dispenser needs to be pre-cleaned or rinsed.
Water bottle condensation| Condensation on the inside of the water bottle is
normal. It occurs when the temperature inside the bottle is different to
outside of the bottle.

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Royal Sovereign International Inc. and its affiliated companies (“Royal
Sovereign”) warrants to the original Purchaser (“Purchaser”) of this product,
that if this product if assembled and operated in accordance to the
Owner’s Manual accompanying it, then for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase, all parts in unit shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship.
The Limited Warranty does not cover any failures or operating difficulties due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation or improper maintenance or service by the Purchaser or any third party, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance on the dispenser, as set out in the Owner’s Manual. In addition, the Limited Warranty does not cover damages to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration or rust after purchase.
Returned product will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. To request a Return Authorization number, please visit us at www.royalsovereign.com. All transportation costs for the return of damaged product or parts will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Return defective product, in original packaging, to the address below. Upon repair or replacement the product will be returned to the original Purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
Royal Sovereign requires reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized retailer or distributor. Therefore, the Purchaser should keep your receipt, invoice, or canceled check from the original purchase. The limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service within the warranty period.
Royal Sovereign SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL,OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This Limited Warranty gives the Purchaser specific legal rights, the Purchaser may have other rights which may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an applied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
