Operation Instructions

1. First, connect this counter by a wire with one end plugged into its socket and the other into the power supply socket (220V or 110V). For the counter with a distance display, please conned it by plugging it into the extension socket on the rear cover. Switch on and the counting display starts to show – 0 ” No sign in the preset display.
   For personal security, please make sure that the power socket is well- earthed.

2. For the purpose of avoiding counting errors. please pick out the damaged banknotes as follows.
   a)Banknote pasted up with a slip of white paper
   b)Banknote once washed
   c)Heavily-defiled banknote
   d)Broken or split banknote

3. The proper operation methods:
   First, clean up the banknote and divide the banknote according to the different face values, place the banknote after twisting to form the even slope. For the piled banknote, please person and pat it before placing it onto the sliding plate. Please check the illustration, Fig Iis the right illustration for operation, and Fig.2 and 3 are the improper illustrations, among which Fig.2tells the wrong twisted slope and Fig. tells that the banknote has not been Twisted to form the proper slope.

4. Alarm
   If the counterfeit banknote was found while counting, the counter would stop automatically and alarm by beeping, and the red counter indicator would be flashing to tell tho position I Alter packing it out, press any key to continue again.

How to choose the counterfeit identifying functions

IR. MG. UV. COON When the ono function is chosen which indicator will be on.
MG| MO(Magnolia) detection function, The MG detection Is automatically turned on by default when the machine In powered up. It can also be selected or deselected by pressing the MG button located In the operation panel.
UV| UV(Ultrayletet) detection notion.The UV detection Is automatically turned on by default when the machine Is powered up. It can also be selected or deselected by pressing the UV button located in The operation panel.
BATCH| When pressing the “BATCH’ button, the Indicator is on, the batch number can be set in amounts by pressing “+” or “-“.
RESTART| If the nutchion stop and *ma beeping sound or in a manual situation, press RESTART button to continuo
MANUAL| The counting mode eon ho changed between automatic and Manual Prase “MANUAL.” button, it the ‘MANUAL” mammas in on, the machine Is In manual counting mode, under this model, only after stress ilie ti color button can the machine begin to Guin.
ADD| Addition can Inc ptalmmed by pressing the “ADO’ button( the ‘ADD” indicator is on). In this case. removing the wooled notes from the stack will not clear the quantity counted and shown on the counter display the next notes placed In the hopper will be counted and added to the preceding quantity 1 Ito total amount of added notes will be shown on the counter display. Press the -ADO” button to close the Ilse function and clear off the counter display.

Caution & Maintenance

1. This counter is suitable for working at temperatures from 0C-40C. Make sure that the counter has been preheated for about 2-3minutes after switching on
2. Koop it far away from the electric appliances which may produce strong jamming on the counter while in use. (o.g electric drill and welding machine.)Besides protecting it against strong direct sunlight and magnetic field, so as to avoid dysfunction of tho identifying action.
3. Make sure that the counter has boon well earthed(with a working earth line). Store it in a dry place in order to prevent electric shock
4. Regularly clean away the dust inside the counter. Be sure that the counter has been cut off by pulling the plug out before any maintenance work.
5. Please switch off and cut off the counter if the counter is not in use for a long time,
6. Please contact our maintenance workers when you are facing the following caso,
   a) The liquid was spilled onto the counter;
   b) The counter was heavily broken by falling,
   c) The counter can not work normally;
   d) Even operating it is strictly according to the User’s Manual, the counter can not work normally.

How to adjust the banknote feeding plate

In case the banknote is not smooth to feed, you can adjust the gap between the dragging rubber and banknote-twisting wheel to solve this problem. Screw by following the illustration and test by inserting one piece of banknote to teel the tension between the dragging rubber and banknote-twisting wheel. {Adiust clockwise tighten the gap and anti-clockwise for loosening).

The way to change the spare parts

1. While the dragging rubber is heavily worn, loose change it. Unscrew the banknote supporting plate and press out the dragging rubber, and then replace it with a new one.

2. While the banknote-twisting wheel is heavily worn, tho banknote feeding and counting may be the problem. So please change it. Unscrew the banknote supporting Plato and take apart the plastic cover at both sides. Press out the banknote-twisting wheel, and then replace it with tho now one.

3. How to change the UV tube: First remove the top cover on the counter, and take out the tube, then replace it.

1. Key introduction
RESTART: Used to start counting operation in the following cases. To resume counting after an error is cleared. To clear the displayed counted number. Press to start counting.
MG: Press “MG” key, the MG light on, the magnetic function open
UV: Press “UV” key, the UV light on, the ultraviolet function open
ADD: In order to turn on banknote addition, press the “ADD” key until the add lights are on. To turn the adding off, press “ADD” once again
BATCH: Press the “BATCH” key to show 100/50/20/10
+ : Under batch function, press “+” key can add batch no.
– : Under batch function, press “-” key can minus batch no.
2. Quick &Easy Operation

1. Voice： Press the”+” key long time until machine show Y01, the voice on, press “+” or “-” key to shot time to show Y00, voice off. Let the machine run or press the “RESTART” key to save the change
2. Fake note counting: Press “-” key long time until machine show U01, fake note counting, press “+” or “-” key to shot time to show U00, fake note not counting. Let the machine run or press the “RESTART” key to save the change
3. UV setting: Press the” UV” key a long time until the machine show A05, press “+” or “-” key to shot time to change the setting from 0-10. Let the machine run or press the “RESTART” key to save the change
4. MG setting: Press the” MG” key a long time until the machine show b05, press “+” or “-” key to shot time to change the setting from 0-10. Let the machine run or press “RESTART” key to save the change

3. Factory setting
Press the” MG” key then power on the machine to show 9999999, factory setting success.
4. Sensitivity setting
Press the” ADD” key at the same time until the machine show H-01, press” BATCH”&” ADD” to the shift from each setting, then press” UV” or “MG” key to shot time to change the parameter. Press “RESTART” to exit Code reference:
