Power on:
insert the product into the game machine, mobile phone, computer, iPod and other devices with sound card function with type-c interface, the BT4879 will power on automatically.

First time use (Have cleared pair list before delivery):
After power on the machine, it enters the pairing mode and last for 60s with the red indicator light and the blue indicator light flash alternately. If the connection fails, it will enter the standby state with the blue indicator light flash every 5 seconds. -
Paired before:
After power on, it automatically reconnect the last paired device with the blue indicator light flashes in every 2 second.If the connection fails, it will enter the standby state with the blue indicator light flash every 5 seconds.
**Power off:

Pull out the BT4879, it will automatically power off;
Instruction:
- Insert the product into game consoles, mobile phones, computers, iPods and other devices with Type-C interface, the product will power on automatically.
- Pair the BT4879 to bluetooth headset or other bluetooth receiver device.
- When the connection is successful, you can hear the sound and enjoy the music from the Bluetooth headset or other Bluetooth receivers.
- If it is necessary to supply power to the BT4879 while transmitting sound, only to connect the power supply to the Type-C base of the BT4879.
Operation instruction:

For the first time use, the BT4879 must be paired with a Bluetooth receiver like bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker, etc.

Power on BT4879, it automatically enters the pairing mode, or long press the pairing button to enter pairing mode with the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately.

Turn on the Bluetooth headset or other Bluetooth receiver device and let it enter pairing mode,then BT4879 will try to connect with bluetooth headset or other bluetooth receiver device.

When connecting to first device, blue indicator light flash in every 2 second, if the connection is successful, the blue indicator lights will stay for a short time and goes off. You can hear the prompt sound and audio from bluetooth headset or other bluetooth receiver device.Indica tor status represents code as follows:
SBC – blue indicator light slow flash;
APTX = red indicator light slow flash;
APTX-LL = red indicator stay on -
Connect to the second device. When BT4879 has been connected to first device, double-click the pairing button to enter pairing mode with the blue indicator light is always on and the red indicator light flashes. After the connection is successful, the bluetooth receiver device can hear the connection success prompt sound and receive the sound emitted by the BT4879. Indicator status represents code as follows:
SBC – blue indicator light slow flash;
APTX – red indicator light slow flash;
APTX-LL – red indicator stay on;
APTX dual connection – blue indicator Stays on;
APTX-LL dual connection – Blue indicator and red indicator light are stay on. -
Now you can enjoy music or auido from your bluetooth headset or Bluetooth speaker or other bluetooth receiver device.
Disconnect the current connection:
In normal working state, long press the pairing button for 2S, the BT4879 will be disconnected and enter the pairing mode with the red and blue indicator light flash alternately.
Bluetooth reconnection:
In the following state, the product will be automatically reconnect:
- the BT4879 has been paired before, re-power again, automatically reconnect to the last connected device (Bluetooth headset or bluetooth speaker or other bluetooth receiver device).
- The bluetooth receiver device like bluetooth headset/speaker has been paired before, re-power again, will automatically reconnect to the BT4879. When the BT4879 repower again, the blue indicator light flashes, and the Bluetooth receiver device hears the beeps prompt sound of successful connection. Then the indicator light indicates according to the corresponding protocol of the currently connected product. The receiver can receive the sound emitted by the product, and the connection is successful.
Voice call:
The BT4879 will automatically launch out the voice sound. When BT4879 and Bluetooth receiver device in normal working state, if there is voice calls request from related application software, BT4879 response can launch out the each other’s voice, the bluetooth headset device can hear voice and through itself microphone to realize voice Calls.
Clear Pairing List:
Long press the pairing button around 8 seconds to clear the pairing list with red and blue indicator lights are turned on and off three times at the same time, then blue and red indicator light flash alternately to enter pairing mode again. (If there are device in working state, it will disconnect)
Button operation guide:
No connection:
press the pairing button to enter reconnection mode
Try to connect the second device:
double-click the pairing button to search device;
Not connect and connected state:
press the pairing button for 2 seconds, disconnect the current connection and
start searching for new devices;
Connected: Press the pairing button for 8 seconds, disconnect the existing connection, clear the pairing list and start searching for new devices.
Transmission and charging together:
When the BT4879 works normally, connect the power to the Type-C base of the BT4879, When the BT4879 will detects the input of the external power supply and will automatically switch the power supply to the external power supply through the protocol. At the same time, the output voltage of the Type-C public terminal of the BT4879 supplies power to the equipment to realize the sound transmission and charging of the equipment at the same time.
The following two problems should be paid attention to when using:
- When the BT4879 has been inserted into the equipment and works normally, the Type-C base of the power-connected product can supply power to the BT4879, but after pulling out the power supply, the BT4879 detects that it has lost the external power supply, and will automatically switch the power supply of the BT4879 to the equipment power supply through the protocol, and the BT4879 will restart and automatically connect again.
- First, connect the power supply to the Type-C base of the BT4879, and then insert the BT4879’s Type-C headend into the device, it can only supply power to the BT4879, and can not emit sound, because the B1T4879 detects the charging mode rather than the sound card mode, so it needs to re-pull out the power supply and re-access, in order to achieve sound emission and charging at the same time;
Indicator status:
Search for new device status:
blue and red lights flash alternately
Connect first device status:
blue indicator flashes quickly in every 2 seconds.
First device connected successfully:
the blue indicator light stay on, and then indicates color according to the
corresponding protocol
Second device connected successfully status:
the blue indicator light stay on, while the red indicator light flashes
quickly
Connected two devices successfully:
the blue indicator light and the red indicator light stay on, and then
indicate light color according to the corresponding protocol
Working protocol status:
SBC – blue indicator light flash slowly;
APTX – red indicator light flash slowly;
APTX-LL – red indicator stay on;
APTX dual connection – blue indicator stays on;
APTX-LL dual connection = Blue indicator and red indicator light are stay on.
Standby status:
the blue indicator light flashes every 5 seconds
Clear pairing status:
red and blue indicator lights are turned on and off three times at the same
time
Matters needing attention:
- The BT4879 can only be used by inserting it into the type=-C device base with sound card function, Please use it correctly. The BT4879 is powered by the equipment and will consume the power of the equipment when working.
- The wireless signal of Bluetooth will be blocked and absorbed by the surrounding objects, so it can be placed in the position of barrier-free location of Bluetooth connection device in order to enjoy better music.
- The product supports the USB PD2.0 protocol and can work between 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V gears. In practical use, please refer to the corresponding power adapter. Do not exceed the product voltage to prevent damage to the product.
- Keep the product away from water or other liquids so as not to damage the product;
