Product Features
This is a wireless food thermometer with four probes, which can independently display the temperature of the four probes, and can independently select different types of meat and taste. Product operation
After installing the battery, the device will beep (B) after full display, and start to work.

PROBE ( To choose different probe )
Press the PROBE button to select probe 1, probe 2, probe 3, or probe 4 in turn. After selecting, the corresponding numbers of PROBE 1/2/3/4 on the screen will flash, and then you can start to select meat and taste. -
MEAT ( To choose meat )
Press the MEAT button to select BEEF, LAMB, VEAL, PORK, HAMBURGER, FISH, TURKEY, CHICKEN (eight different types of meat), and custom alarm temperature function. -
TASTE ( To choose taste )
After selecting meat, press TASTE to select different maturity, WELL, M-WELL, MEDIUM, M-RARE, RARE. The corresponding temperature points are as follows:

(4) Custom alarm temperature function
The initial value of the custom temperature setting is 50°C (122°F). If you
need to adjust the temperature, press and hold the PROBE button for 3 seconds
to enter the setting, and then press ▲▼ to increase/decrease the alarm
temperature value. Long press for fast increase/fast decrease, and finally
Press TASTE to confirm or automatically confirm after 10 seconds.
(5) ℃/℉/ （Fahrenheit and Celsius switch; On/off）
When the device is off, press the button to turn it on; when it is on, press
the ℃/℉ button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius. Long press for 3
seconds to shut down the device.
(6) HOUR/▲ ; MIN/ ▼ ; START/STOP
Press the HOUR button to increase the hour, the maximum is 23 hours Press the
MIN button to increase the minute, the maximum is 59 minutes After setting the
time, press the START/STOP button to start the countdown. During the
countdown, you can press the STOP button to pause, and then press to continue.
When there is no time setting (00:00:00), press START to start counting.
During the countdown, you can press the STOP button to pause, and then press
to continue.
When the timing is paused, press HOUR and MIN at the same time to clear the
value.
Function description of the receiver

BBQ temperature alarm
When the received temperature is higher than or equal to the set temperature, the device will immediately alarm.
Temperature alarm: BB alarm sounds, the measured temperature flashes, and the backlight light up orange for 10 seconds. The alarm will stop after 30 seconds, but the measured temperature will continue to flash. After one minute, the device will alarm again for 10S; every minute it will alarm for 10S until the measured temperature drops, and the alarm will be released.
During the alarm, press any button to cancel the alarm sound, but the measured temperature will continue to flash until the temperature drops.
Alarm mode: BB-BB-BB-BB (two beeps per second)
When two or more probes alarm at the same time, the corresponding temperature of the probe will flash, and the alarm time is calculated based on the alarm time of the last probe. -
Timer: It can work independently without connecting the temperature probe.
The settable time range is 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds
When the time is 00:00:00, press the START button to start counting, and “: ”flashes.
When the countdown is running, the screen displays （an hourglass）, and “: ” flashes.
When the countdown time is reached, the device alarms, the hourglass, and “00:00:00 ” will flash.
Alarm time: the alarm will stop after one minute, and the display will return to the previously set time.
Bright orange backlight for 10 seconds.
Alarm mode: B-B-B-B (one beep per second)
Press any button during the alarm to cancel the alarm sound, but the time continues to flash. -
When the countdown alarm and the temperature alarm are at the same time, the two-alarm times are calculated separately; if there is a button operation, only the currently displayed alarm will be closed, and the unclosed alarm will continue.

Flashlight: It is not restricted by the host switch or not, the light will be on when it is turned on, and it will automatically be off after 3 minutes.
Function description of the transmitter
- ℃/℉ conversion: Press ℃/℉ button to switch the display of Celsius/Fahrenheit.
- ON/OFF: Press to select the device to turn on and off.

Launcher:
Turn the transmitter on or off by pressing the ON/OFF button on the transmitter. When the probe is not inserted into the transmitter, the transmitter has no operation and will automatically shut down after 3 minutes.
When the probe is inserted into the transmitter, there is no operation and the temperature change measured by the probe is less than 3℃, it will automatically shut down in 10 minutes. -
Receiver:
Press the button to turn on the receiver; press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off the Receiver:
If the receiver does not receive the temperature and the timer is off, the receiver will automatically shut down after 3 minutes.
If the timer is counting down, the receiver will automatically shut down within 10 minutes after the countdown alarm ends.
When there is no button operation, the timer is not on, and the received temperature change is less than 3℃, the receiver will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
Warning
- Do not use abrasive or corrosive materials to clean the device.
- Do not immerse the device in water. If liquid spills on it, wipe it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth immediately.
- Avoid contact with water, because moisture will damage the internal components of the device.
- Don’t try to repair the device, there are no repairable parts.
- Only use new batteries, do not mix old and new batteries, alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
- When storing the product for a long time, please remove the battery. Dispose of old batteries properly.
Be sure to recycle old batteries.
