Instructions for Use
How to Read
- Apply to center of forehead just above the eyebrows and hold in place.
- Read thermometer when the boxes stop changing color (generally 15 seconds), and while it is still on the forehead.
- Green indicates the correct temperature. If green does not appear, temperature is between blue and tan.

Unusual Liquid Crystal Forehead Temperature Trend Monitor readings should be verified by a clinical thermometer.
