INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE OF THE PRODUCT.

PLEASE SAVE OWNER’S MANUAL FOR FUTURE USE. THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES ADULT ASSEMBLY. Follow assembly instructions carefully. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the Customer Service Department.

• This product is not safe for sleep.

STRANGULATION HAZARD:

• DO NOT suspend strings over the product or attach strings to toys.
• DO NOT place product in any location where there are cords, such as window blind cords, drapes, phone cords, etc.
• Strings can cause strangulation. DO NOT place items with a string around your child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
• DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT if it is damaged or broken.

SWING MODE:
FALL and STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Infants have suffered head injuries falling from swings and have strangled in straps.

• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• STOP using product when infant attempts to climb out (approximately 9 months), reaches 25 lb (11.3 kg) or reaches 30 inches (76.2 cm) tall, whichever comes first.
• Stay near and watch infant during use. This product is not safe for unsupervised use or unattended sleep.
• Never carry swing with infant in it.

SUFFOCATION HAZARDS:
Young infants have limited head and neck control. If the seat is too upright, infant’s head can drop forward and compress the airway.

• ALWAYS keep swing seat fully reclined until infant is at least 4 months old AND can hold up head without help.
• DO NOT place product near water and moisture. Do not use the product near possible wet areas, such as a bathtub, shower, wash basin, sink, laundry tub, swimming pool, wet basement, etc.
• DO NOT use the AC adapter if it has been exposed to liquids, has been dropped, or is damaged.
• Protect the power cord. Place it so it is not walked on or pinched by furniture or other items.

WARNING

• DO NOT use with an extension cord.
• Use only power cord provided.
• Seat pad and crotch pad for use only with this product.

ROCKER MODE/CARRIER MODE:
FALL HAZARD: Child’s movement can slide product. Children have suffered head injuries falling from product. To prevent falls:

• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• Use only on floor. Never place product near edges of counter tops, tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• STOP using rocker/carrier when baby starts trying to sit  up or has reached 18 lb (8.2 kg), whichever comes first.
• NEVER use this rocker/carrier as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
• Fall Hazard: The OOKING carrier can fall from the shopping cart. Do not use on shopping cart.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated:

• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
  • ONLY use the pad provided by Graco.
  • NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child.
  • Never place product on beds, sofas, cushions or other soft surfaces.
  • You are responsible for providing adult supervision.
• Stay near and watch child during use.
• ALWAYS place child on back.
• Maximum recommended height is 27 in. (68.2 cm) and weight is 18 lb (8.2 kg).
• When trapped between product and adjacent surfaces.
  • NEVER use seat in different product.
  • Never use in contained area (e.g. crib, playard) or next to vertical surfaces (e.g.walls and dressers).
• Never place any objects in seat while child is in it.

STRANGULATION HAZARD:

• Children have STRANGLED in loose or partially buckled harness straps. Fully restrain the child at all times.
• The toy bar is not a carry handle. NEVER use toy bar to lift or carry product.

FOR SAFE BATTERY USE:

Keep the batteries out of children’s reach.
Any battery may leak battery acid if mixed with a different battery type, if inserted incorrectly (put in backwards) or if all batteries are not replaced or recharged at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium) batteries. Any battery may leak battery acid or explode if disposed of in fire or an attempt is made to charge a battery not intended to be recharged. Never recharge a cell of one type in a recharger made for a cell of another type. Discard leaky batteries immediately. Leaky batteries can cause skin burns or other personal injury. When discarding batteries, be sure to dispose of them in the proper manner, according to your state and local regulations.

To prevent battery leaks, which can burn skin and eyes,

• Remove batteries before putting product into storage for a prolonged period of time.
• Dispose of used batteries immediately.
• Old and new batteries should not be mixed. Always replace the entire set of batteries at one time.
• Never mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different brands or types. Alkaline, standard carbon-zinc, and rechargeable nick-el-cadmium batteries should not be mixed.

Recommended type batteries—alkaline disposables,1-D (LR20-1.5V). NEVER mix battery types. Change batteries when product ceases to operate satisfactorily.

ALL MODELS This model may not include some features. DO NOT use any other accessories with this product.

Crotch Pad

Only use this crotch pad on this seat. Never use this crotch pad on any other product.

Modes of Use

• Swing Mode: (4 Positions) 25 lb (11.3 kg) 30 inches (76.2 cm)
• Rocker Mode: 18 lb (8.2 kg) 27 inches (68.2 cm)

ASSEMBLY

To Assemble Seat

1. Insert foot end tube with button into hub tube until button on inside of tube snaps into place. CHECK that buttons are visible in openings.
   Repeat on other side of seat.

2. Wrap seat pad around frame.

3. Insert head end tube with button into hub tube until button on inside of tube snaps into place. CHECK that buttons are visible in openings. Repeat on other side of seat.

4. Attach hook and loop tabs on both sides of seat pad.

To Assemble Toy bar ****

1. Insert toy bar into opening in seat.
2. CHECK that toy bar is securely attached by pulling up on it.
3. Attach toys as shown.
4. To rotate toy bar.
5. To remove, press button on base of toy bar and lift away from seat.

To Assemble Swing Base

WARNING
All legs must be properly assembled before use.

1. Insert 2 base legs with wheels into tubes on back of base (opposite control panel) as shown.
   Note: Base leg with indent should be assembled to the tube with the

2. Insert remaining 2 base legs into tubes on control panel end of base body as shown.
   Note: Base leg with indent should be assembled to the tube with the indent.

3. Flip swing base onto legs. Attach the base leg braces with curve going outward on both sides as shown.

4. CHECK that legs are securely attached to base by pulling up on legs.

USE

To Attach Seat to Swing Base

1. Hold seat by handles on foot and head ends of seat to mount on swing base.
2. Note: Seat can be placed on swing base facing any of 4 directions.

To Use As Rocker

1. To use as rocker, pick up rocker to remove from swing.
2. When carrying with a child, always hold rocker by the handles. Make sure child is secured by the restraint system.

To Secure Child

WARNING
Falling Hazard: ALWAYS use the

1. To open, press button on buckle to release the waist straps.
2. To close, insert into buckle.
3. Use slide adjuster at waist for further adjustment.

To Recline Seat

1. To recline, squeeze the recline handle and move into 1 of 3 positions.

To Use Wall Plug

WARNING

To Start Swing
WARNING

Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. ALWAYS use restraint system. After fastening buckles, adjust belts to get a snug fit around your child.

TO TURN SWING ON:
Choose swing motion by pressing button. The LED light is illuminated when the swing is on, and not illuminated when the swing is off. Observe the swinging motion for a minute. It takes up to a minute for the swing to reach the correct setting. Change speed if needed by moving the dial clockwise for faster speeds or counter-clockwise for slower speeds.
TO TURN SWING OFF:
Press illuminated motion button. The swing may be stopped at any time the motor is running without damaging the motor.

Swing Sounds

• MUSIC/NATURE MUTE/UNMUTE – Press to turn sounds off. Press again to turn sounds back on at previous sound and volume setting.
• VOLUME CONTROL – Press the plus (+) to raise the volume and the minus (-) to lower the volume. There are 3 volume settings.
• NATURE SOUNDS – Push “Nature” button to turn on nature sound selection. Each press will change to the next nature sound. After the 5th sound is selected, it will return to the first track.
• MUSIC – Push “Music” button to turn on music. It will play through all 10 tracks. Push button again to advance to next track. After the 10th track is selected, it will return to the first track.

To Use Vibration

1. Remove battery lid, found under foot end of seat, with a key and insert 1-D (LR20-1.5V) battery in module. Replace lid.
2. Vibration: Turn to one of two settings.

Problem Solving

SWING WON’T OPERATE:

1. Speed setting too low. Push swing to start.
2. Baby grabbing swing legs. (Discontinue use).
3. LED light blinking and swing not moving, check for obstacle blocking swing or that load is over 25 lb (11.3 kg). Press any motion button to turn swing off. Press any motion button to turn swing back on.
4. Swing turns off automatically after continuously running for 4 hours. Press any motion button to turn swing back on.

SWING DOESN’T MOVE VERY FAST:

1. Speed setting too low.
2. Blanket hanging down, causing increased wind resistance.
3. Baby too heavy or too active. (Discontinue use).
4. Soft carpet (Uneven surface, causes uneven swinging).

Care and Maintenance

Removing Seat Pad

1. To open, press button on buckle to release the waist straps.
2. Pull crotch pad off crotch strap.
3. Remove seat pad from seat. See label for cleaning instructions.

• FROM TIME TO TIME CHECK YOUR SWING for loose screws, worn parts, torn material or stitching. Replace or repair the parts as needed. Use only Graco replacement parts.
• TO CLEAN SEAT COVER, refer to your care tag on the seat pad for washing instructions. NO BLEACH.
• TO CLEAN BASE, use only household soap and warm water. NO BLEACH OR DETERGENT.
• EXCESSIVE EXPOSURE TO SUN OR HEAT could cause fading or warping of parts.
