INSTALL APP
METHOD 1
- Scan this QR code
- Download the Acsys BLE mobile app for your respective platform
DO NOT SCAN the QR code on the padlock bottom cover
or on the padlock package
METHOD 2
- Search for “Acsys Mobile App” on your device app store
- Download and install the app on your device
- On the welcome screen, select “Acsys iAMS Enterprise” from the available app types
- Register the app by following the on-screen instructions
REGISTER LOCK

Open Main Menu Add Access Point

Enter Site ID
-
Enter PIN code
-
Press Register
-
Add Access Point
-
Enter Lock ID or scan QR Code on the lock

Activate Lock
-
Lock is registered
DELETE LOCK
-
Open Main Menu Delete Access Point
-
Enter Site ID
-
Enter PIN code
-
Press Delete
-
Press the Delete button next to the correct Lock name
-
Activate Lock
-
Lock is deleted
OPERATE LOCK
- Enter Site ID
- Enter PIN code
- Press
Check-in or Check-out depending on the operation type
CHECK-IN
Press the Open button next to the Lock name
Lock shackle pops out Lock is open
Activate Lock
CHECK-OUT

Press the shackle and hold

Press the Close button next to the Lock name

Lock is Closed
JUMP START LOCK
Jump starting is used when the battery is fully depleted. It serves as a way to wake up the lock, open it and perform a battery replacement (illustrated in the next section)

Remove the Dust Cap to uncover the USB jump-start port

Insert a Micro USB Cable in the Micro USB port and connect it to USB wall charger or a portable power bank

While jump-starting, the LED flashes green every 2 seconds indicating that Bluetooth is advertising during which, the lock can be opened using the mobile app. After 60 sec, the lock enters in sleep mode indicated by an orange LED glow.

If the 60 sec have elapsed, press the Bluetooth button or remove and reconnect the USB power to put the lock in Bluetooth advertising mode again.

Open the padlock using the mobile app and perform the battery replacement procedure shown below.
REPLACE BATTERY

Remove the screw found at the bottom of the shackle hole

Push the bottom plate through the shackle hole and detach it from the padlock body

Replace the battery and reverse the previous steps to reassemble
