Charging

• Use a charger with the rated output current of IA or above to charge your watch.
• It takes 2 hours for the smartwatch to get fully charged.
• This watch Is charged using a magnetic charging cable. Keep charging cables PIN dry.

Wearing the Watch

• Wear the watch strap not too tightly or too loosely, and leave enough space for the skin to breathe. This makes you feel comfortable and allows the sensor to function.
• When measuring Heart Rate saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid wearing the watch on the wrist Joint, keep your arm fiat, maintain comfortable (appropriately tight) fitting between the watch and the skin of your wrist, and keep your arm still throughout the measurement process. When affected by external factors (arm sag, arm sway, arm hair, tattoo, etc.), the measurement result may be inaccurate or the measurement may fail and no output is provided.
• We recommend that you tighten the watch strap during exercise and loosen It afterwards.

App Downloading

Download and install the -RS Motive app from ‘Apple Store or ‘Google Play Store or Use your phone to scan the following OR code.

Note: The operating system of your mobile phone must be Android 5.0 or IOS 10.0. or later.

Connection and pairing

Open the ‘RS Motive’ app and Click on ‘Add A Device’ on the next interface, Select your device from the hat (Bluetooth name:Motive 3 Pro )

Removal of device

• For Android smartphones, device can be disconnected simply by clicking on “Remove Device”
• For 108 smartphones, device can be unpaired by clicking on the symbol on the right under settings-Bluetooth. post above step confirm to forget the device.

Bluetooth Phone Call

After connecting the Smart Watch to the phone, you can use the watch to dial to control the phone for making calls and answering the phone calls. You can also view the call history of the watch. You need to keep the connection between the watch and the phone stable when using the Phone Call function.

• Open the Bluetooth phone call setting on the watch. Click on “Turn on’
• Open your phone “Setting’–Bluetooth’-Click on the Bluetooth name: Audio Motive 3 Pro —Paired

Smart watch Features

Control center: On the watch face page, swipe down to go to the control center for the following system features: Flashlight, Brightness adjustment, Find Phone, Theater mode, Weather, and Setting.

Watch lime:
Keep the watch connected to your phone. During data synchronization, the watch automatically follows the system time of your phone.

Message/App/incoming call alerts: Setting method:
Keep the watch connected to your phone, open the app. go to Notifications > tap App or phone Alerts to enable alerts for apps as needed.

Note: To enable this feature on an Android phone, you need to add the app to the allow list or auto-run list in the phone’s background so that the app always runs In the background. If the app is killed by the phone’s background process, the watch will be disconnected from your phone, and you cannot receive app notifications on the watch.

Heart RatelBlood oxygen:

Short press on Heart Rate/Blood oxygen page of your watch to start measuring the data.

Note :

1. Remove the protective film from heart rate sensor before usage.
2. Ensure you have worn your smart watch correctly while measuring heart rate.
3. The data might be inaccurate for the first time as the system needs sometime around 24-48 hours to build your personal data model. Result will be more accurate later.
4. Heart rate data is for reference only and it cannot be counted as medical diagnose.

Sleep:
Sleep quality has an important impact on human health. When you sleep while wearing the watch, it automatically records your sleep data. Open the app to view your total sleep duration from the previous night. You can also synchronize sleep data to the app to view your sleep duration, sleep stages and sleep score.

Music remote controller:
Keep your watch connected to your phone. When playing music on your phone, you can start or pause the music, Switch lo the previous or next one.

Weather:
You can check today’s weather, and other information at any time, as well as the weather information for your current location for the next several days.
