RIVERSONG EA173 Wireless Earbuds
W ELCOME
Thank you for choosing RIVERSONG Product. Our wireless earphones come with a
lightweight and fashionable design, along with on-the-go controls for your
music and calling experience.
WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
- With the latest BT 5.3 wireless technology, you can enjoy hassle-free music without any interruption and you don’t have to face wire tangling issues.
- Wireless connection allows you to enjoy your music experience or calls without holding your mobile phone but the maximum distance between them shall be within 10 meters (about 30 feet). The wireless connection may be interfered by obstacles (such as walls) or other electronic devices.
CONNECT YOUR DEVICE
- Please keep your earbuds near your phone within 1m.
- Open the charging box and the headset will automatically turn on, you can hear “Power on”, in 2 seconds. It is search-pairing mode.
- Turn on your mobile Bluetooth function, and search Bluetooth name “RS Air X26”, click Bluetooth name “RS Air X26” to connect.
- Upon successful pairing, you’ll hear a “connected” sound from the earbuds and the light will turn off.
OPERATING GUIDE
In the below instruction, the Touch button refers to the multi-function button
(please refer to FUNCTION KEY
DESCRIPTION)
Open the charging box, the headset will automatically turn on, put it in the
charging box and close the charging box cover to shut it down.
- Play/Pause : Tap on once on the MFB (L/R) or put on
- Last song: Short press three times on the multi-function button (L/R)
- Next song: Short press twice on the multi-function button (L/R)
- Answer phone call: Short press once on the MFB button
- End phone call: Short press once on the MFB button
- Reject phone call: Long press on the MFB button for 3 seconds
- Al voice assistant: Long press on the MFB button for 3 seconds

CHARGING THE EARPHONES
- Use the Type-C charging port to charge your Box.
- It should take 2 hours to get fully charged.
- It performs best after being fully charged. Please use DC-5V power to charge it.
- Cautions: Please note that the maximum voltage cannot exceed DC-5V.
THE EARPHONES LED INDICATOR GUIDE
- Low power : a vocal message reminds “Battery low” and the blue light is flashing.
- Charging: the blue light is on.
- Fully charged: the light turns off,
THE CHARGING BOX DISPLAY GUIDE
- Low power : green light is flashing
- Charging: The orange indicator blinks. If the orange indicators are steady on, the battery is fully charged.
RECONNECTION
- The earphones will reconnect with your mobile phone automatically.
- If it doesn’t, please find the previous paired Bluetooth name to click, it will be connected.
FAQ
Why can’t I find the earphones model on my phone?
It might be because the earphones are powered off, or the wireless connection
function of your mobile phone encounters some issues.
- Press on *MF” button: when the battery case is fully charged. indicator light turns green.
- Take out earbuds from the charging case, and fast tap the “MF” button 6 times to reset. You will hear a “Di” sound when it reset succeeds.
Insert the earbuds into the charging case and close it, Then, open the charging case again to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- NOTE
When the earphones are under pairing status, the wireless connection pairing with your mobile phone should be done within 5 minutes, otherwise, your earphones will automatically power off.
Why the earphones cannot be linked to my mobile phone using the wireless
connection function?
It might be because the wireless connection function on your device is not
turned on; your earphones are connected to another device; or the earphones
are still in pairing mode.
- Please check if the wireless connection function on your device is turned on.
- Please check and confirm your earphones are not connected to another device.
- Please check if your earphones are in pairing mode
Why can’t I hear any sound from my earphones?
It might be because the earphones’ volume is down to a minimum; the earphones
are not well connected to your phone; or your earphones are not within the
wireless: connection working range.
- Adjust the volume on your phone.
- Proceed to the connection process again.
- Keep your earphones within 10 meters of your mobile phone to respect the wireless connection working range.
NOTE
- When your earphones and mobile phone are in the pairing connection process, please do not do any other operations with those devices.
- When charging, why does the orange light, not lightning up’
- It might be because you did not use your earphones for a long time.
- Charge your earphones for 30 minutes until the orange light is on.
NOTE
Overcharging or placing the earphones in a high-temperature atmosphere will
cut down the battery capacity and lifetime.
Why the earphone’s call quality is not good?
It might be because the mobile network is not good enough, or the earphones
are not in the wireless connection working range.
- Confirm whether the mobile network is strong enough.
- Please confirm that the earphones are within the effective working distance of 10 meters from your mobile phone, also check if no major obstacle is causing interference to connection.
When the music is playing, why the music cannot be controlled with the
play/pause, previous/next song and volume up/down buttons?
It might be because the mobile phone doesn’t support the AVRCP (Audio/Video
Remote Control Profile)protocol. This feature requires the mobile device to be
paired with the earphones to support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control
Profile) protocol.
