Installation
Step 1 Remove the Top Extrusion
①: M5x10 Socket Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
②: M5x20 Socket Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
③: Corner Cover (2pcs)
④: Top Extrusion (1pc)
Step 2 Remove the Right Front Plate of the X Axis

Move the belt tensioner a little by taking out the three screws: 2pcs M3x16 and 1pc M3x6, then turn the belt tensioner knob out counterclockwise.
①: M3x16 Button Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
②: M3x6 Button Head Cap Screw (1pc)
③: Belt Tensioner Knob (1pc)
④: Belt Tensioner (1pc)
Note: Just move the ④belt tensioner a little. -
Slightly pull the X axis extrusion forward, then move the right front plate of the X axis up and out.
①: X Axis Extrusion (1pc)
②: Right Front Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
Step 3 Disassemble the Right Front Plate of the X Axis
Step 4 Install the Lead Screw Nut
①: Lead Screw Nut (1pc)
②: Right Rear Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
③: M3x8 Socket Head Cap Screw (4pcs)
Note: Do not tighten the M3x8 screw so tight, allowing the lead screw nut
to move slightly.
Step 5 Assemble the Right Plate of the X Axis
①: M5x40 Button Head Cap Screw (3pcs)
②: Right Front Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
③: Eccentric Spacer (1pc)
④: POM Wheel (3pcs)
⑤: Spacer D5x8x6 (3pcs)
⑥: Right Rear Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
⑦: M5 Locknut (3pcs)
⑧: Spacer D5x8x8.3 (2pcs)
Step 6 Assemble the Right Motor
①: Right Z Extrusion (1pc)
②: M4x16 Flat Head Countersunk Screw (2pcs)
③: Right Motor (1pc)
Step 7 Assemble the Coupling and T8 Lead Screw
①: T8 Lead Screw (1pc)
②: 5-8 Coupling (1pc)
③: M3 Set Screw (4pcs)
④: Right Motor (1pc)
Note: The T8 lead screw should be parallel to the motor shaft and the Z
axis extrusion.
Step 8 Insert the Assembled Lead Screw Part to the Right Plate of the X
Axis
Tips: If it is too tight, you can adjust the eccentric spacer to change
the tightness.
①: Right Z Extrusion (1pc)
②: Right Rear Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
③: Right T8 Lead Screw (1pc)
④: X Axis Reference Plane (Highlighted in red as the pictures shown.)
⑤: X Axis Extrusion (1pc)
The “X axis reference plane” and the “X axis extrusion upper surface” need to
be on the same plane to keep the X axis extrusion horizontal.
Step 9 Reassemble the Top Extrusion
①: M5x10 Socket Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
②: M5x20 Socket Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
③: Corner Cover (2pcs)
④: Top Extrusion (1pc)
Step 10 Reassemble the Belt Tensioner into the Right Plate of the X Axis
①: Belt Tensioner (1pc)
②: Right Plate of the X Axis (1pc)
Step 11 Reassemble the Belt Tensioner Knob
Push the X axis belt idler to the left by hand, and at the same time put the
belt tensioner knob into the tensioner clockwise, and adjust the tightness so
that the belt is at a suitable tension.

②: X Axis Belt Idler (1pc)
Step 12 Fix the Right Plate of the X Axis
Fix the right plate of the X axis with the screws removed in step 2.
①: M3x6 Button Head Cap Screw (1pc)
②, ③: M3x16 Button Head Cap Screw (2pcs)
Note: If the movement of the right Z axis is too difficult, please adjust the
eccentric spacer or the screw fixing the lead screw nut.
①: Screws Fixing the Lead Screw Nut (4pcs)
②: Eccentric Spacer (1pc)
Step 13 Remove the Bottom Plate
Remove the bottom plate by removing its fixing screws.
①: M4x12 Button Head Cap Screw (8pcs)
②: Bottom Plate (1pc)
Step 14 Motor Cable Wiring
Connect the right motor to the motherboard with the Z2 motor cable.
①: Terminal of Right Motor
②: Z Axis Motor Cable
③: Motherboard Terminal for Right Motor
Step 15 Reassemble the Bottom Plate
Reassemble the bottom plate with the screw removed in step 13.
Now the installation is completed, the printer can start to level, and print.
