INSTRUCTION GUIDE

CONTROLLER (71203TX & 71207TX): x3 1.5V AAA (LR03) ALKALINE BATTERIES REQUIRED (INCLUDED)
RAINBOW RILEY (71203RX) / LIGHTNING LUNA (71207RX): x4 1.5V AA (LR6) ALKALINE BATTERIES REQUIRED (NOT INCLUDED)

Adult Supervision Required. Always play in safe surroundings, away from streets or moving vehicles.
Colors & decoration may vary. Retain packaging/instructions for reference.
Remove all packaging before giving the toy to a child.

 Try Me Removal

  • Using a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) remove the Battery cover on the DOLL and CONTROLLER and detach the wire on both.
  • Push the power switch on the DOLL to the “OFF” position. Remove the DOLL batteries. Install fresh batteries in the DOLL and CONTROLLER and replace the battery covers on both.
    (See BATTERY INSTALLATION).

The batteries included are for “Try Me” purposes only. If performance diminishes after purchase, replace with fresh batteries.

 BATTERY INSTALLATION ADULT INSTALLATION REQUIRED

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the bottom.

  2. Using a Phillips Head Screwdriver (not included), remove the screw and battery door.

  3. Controller – Install 3 new “AAA” batteries.
    Doll – Install 4 new “AA” batteries.

  4. Replace the battery cover and the screw.

OPERATION

  • Please remove try me cable from DOLL and REMOTE CONTROL before use.

  • Pairing is required every time the DOLL/REMOTE CONTROL is turned ON.

  • Move ON/OFF/TRY-ME switch to the ON position on REMOTE CONTROL.

  • Move ON/OFF/TRY-ME switch to the ON position on DOLL.

  • Place the DOLL on the ground and point the REMOTE CONTROL at the DOLL. The LED light on the REMOTE CONTROL will flash when paired with the DOLL.
    The pairing process is complete when the LED light is solid, then the DOLL is ready to go.

  • Note: If the LED light on the REMOTE CONTROL is flashing; switch off both DOLL and REMOTE CONTROL and repeat pairing process.

  • Note: This doll is recommended for indoor use only. Works best on tile, hardwood floor, and other smooth hard surfaces.
    Not recommended for use on carpets, grass, loose dirt, wet surfaces, or concrete.

  • Never use in water or mud. Never use glass and other fragile objects.

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Doll won’t move. 1. Doll or Remote Control switch is switched OFF.

2. Weak Doll batteries.
3. Weak Remote Control batteries.
4. Doll is stuck
5. Remote Control is not close enough to Doll.| 1. Move the switch to the ON position.
2. Replace batteries.
3. Press any direction button. If the indicator light does not activate, replace batteries in the Remote Control.
4. Move the doll to a smoother surface, clean the wheels, and make sure the surface or floor is clean as well.
5. Make sure the Remote Control is placed within the signal receiving range.

NEVER mix old and new batteries or different brands of batteries.
NEVER mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), rechargeable batteries with this product.
NEVER dispose of batteries in fire, as they may leak and explode.
ALWAYS remove batteries when exhausted or unused for a long time.
ALWAYS have an adult install battery consistent with installation instructions.
ONLY use batteries specified by the manufacturer.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -).
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
