3. [Verificationcode]willbesenttoemail,enterthecodetocreate account
4. Createa[Nickname].Youareabletochangeit anytime.

Personal Info / Settings

1. [Sub-Account]willallowyourfamilymemberstoreceivealarmsfromsafe.Entera specificID andyouwillbecomethatperson’ssub-accountaftergranted.Safe’sownercouldaddyouto his/heraccount.Ifyouwanttoassignsomebodytoaccessyourdevice,youneedto giveyourto theowner.
2. [Message]If you click“Mark All a sRead”, anything that requires you to confirm or operatewon’t becomeread status.

Know YourGateway

1.  Makesurethe antennaisinstalledtotheGateway.
2.  MakesuretheGatewayispluggedinwithin10Meters/40FeetofWi-FiRouter
3.  MakersuretheSafeisplacedwithin40Meters/120FeetofGateway
4.  Wi-Fiiconwilldisplayondownleftwhenthe gatewaycommunicateswithserver.Bridgeiconwill displayondownrightwhengatewaycommunicateswith safe.
5.  Whenthe gatewaydisplays“Busy” undertimedisplay,youcannotdoany operation.
6.  Youcouldchangethevolumebyusingupanddownarrowtemporarilywhenitin“Home Window”, butitwon’ssavetothesystem.Itmeansonceyouunplugthegateway,itwillchange backtoprevious setting.
7.  Holdsettingbuttonfor3suntilenter“MainMenu”
8.  Ifyouhavealreadylinkedserver,youcannotusethisfunctionagainunlessyouresettheGate-way.If youwanttochangeWi-Fiorsimplyreconnect,choose‘NET”

15. ChooseLinkProduct.Itwillautomaticallydirecttocommunicate page.
16. PressRedPairingButtonofsafe.Thegatewaywillshowthe result.
17. EachGatewaycanpairedwithatmost5safes
18. NET:Afterlinkedserver,ifyouwanttochangeWi-Fi,usingthis option.

ResetGateway

1. Holdsettingbuttonfor3stoenter“MainMenu
2. Select“Reset” andconfirmtoreset Gateway.

Bythisstep,the linkbetweenthisGatewayandalltheproductsbindingwithitwillbedeleted.ThisGatewaywillalsobedeletedfromApp.Itwillrestoretothe factorysetting.TheproductsthatwerepairedwiththeGatewaywillperformasa stand-aloneversion.Theresetby Gateway willonlydeletethelinkrelations,notthedataofthe productitself.

Delete or Change Name ofGateway
SelecttheGatewayand“setting”,youcanseethebarof“Delete”.BydeletetheGatewayviaApp,thephonewillnotreceiveanyalarmsoralertsfromthisGatewayanymore.However,thelink betweenproductandGatewaywillexist.AnyactivitiesfromtheSafewilltriggerthealarmby Gatewayspeakeritself,butnotAppanymore.
YoucanalsochangenameofGatewayfromthe“Gatewaydetailpage”.

Gateway Volume, Sound and Alarm TimeSetting Youcanchangethealarmvolumn,musicandalarmtimeofGatewaybyApp,ordirectlyfrom Gatewayitself.
App:EnterGatewaydetailpage,select“setting” tochangevolumn,soundandalarmtime. Gateway:Holdsettingbuttonfor3suntilenter“MainMenu”,andselect“Sound” fordetail change. YoucouldturnoffthealarmofgatewaybyApp,orpressthesettingbuttonofgatewaydirectly.
