Factory Reset

If you an! unable to access the KE2 Dashboard or ca Mot CO Meet to the Edge Manager (EM), you can press the button

  • Press and hold for 3 seconds and then release to reset the EM
  • Press and hold for TO, seconds. and then release to rate the EM to factory settings. caution – all User Data will be cleared

WARRANTY

  • We provide a one-year limited warranty for KE2 Edge Manage and a 3-month limited warranty for accessories.
  • We recommend using the included l ZV/l .5A power adapter.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by not following the instructions will render this warranty null and void.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by any modification including: ~lacernent of the external antenna(s), replacement of MicroSim cant, replacement of MicroSD card, will render this warranty is null and void.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by inappropriate use, e.g. inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, low temperature, water damage, or enclose damage will render this warranty null and void.
  • Pictures used in the instructions are for reference only. We reserve the right to change or modify these materials without further notice.
