Factory Reset

If you are unable to access the KE2 Dashboard or cannot connect to the Edge Manager (EM), you can press the Reset button:

  • Press and hold for 3 seconds, and then release to Reset the EM
  • Press and hold for 10 seconds, and then release to reset the EM to factory settings. Caution – all User Data will be cleared!!

WARRANTY

  • We provide one year limited warranty for KE2 Edge Managers and 3-month limited warranty for accessories.
  • We recommend using the included 12V/1.5A power adapter.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by not following the instructions will render this warranty null and void.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by any modification including: replacement of external antenna(s), replacement of MicroSim Card, replacement of MicroSD card, will render this warranty null and void.
  • Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by inappropriate use, e.g. inappropriate voltage input, high temperature, low temperature, water damage, or enclosure damage will render this warranty null and void.
  • Pictures used on the instructions are for reference only. We reserve the right to change or modify these materials without further notice.
  • Issues caused by third-party devices may not receive official support from KE2 Therm \ KE2 Connect.
