Installation Specifications
Mounting Instructions:
- Find the mounting location and determine which configuration to install the provided L-Bracket. Please reference pages 5-6 for the different configurations. Fasten the L-Bracket to the soundbar loosely.
- Hold the L-Bracket in place on the soundbar when using configuration A or B. Take an M8 x 45mm bolt (25mm if not using a spacer) using a flat washer and lock washer and loosely fasten the L-Bracket to the soundbar. When mounting in configuration C or D, do not use a flat washer when fastening the L-Bracket to the soundbar. We recommend using threadlocker on these bolts.
- Ensure the soundbar is in the desired location, then use the additional M8 x 45mm bolt and tighten it in place using the hex-nuts provided. We recommend using threadlocker on these bolts.
- Adjust the soundbar in the proper orientation and tighten it in the desired position.
Wiring Instructions:
If installing on a gas vehicle:
- Carefully remove the Positive (+) then Negative (-) battery wires.
- Connect the Negative (Black) wire to the Negative (-) battery terminal and the Positive (Red) wire to the Positive (+) battery terminal.
- Reinstall the Positive (+) then Negative (-) battery wires.
- Route the blue AUX Input cable to a desired location.
- Optional: Route and connect the blue Remote Wire and the blue Signal Output cable to an additional amplifier or Stealth AS subwoofer.
If installing on a electric vehicle:
*If using a 16V or higher battery system, a DC-DC converter is required.
- Switch the electric vehicle into Tow Mode under the seat.
- Carefully remove the Positive (+) then Negative (-) battery wires.
- Connect the Negative (Black) wire to the Negative (-) terminal and the Positive (Red) wire to the Positive (+) terminal on the DC-DC converter.
- Reinstall the Positive (+) then Negative (-) battery wires.
- Route the blue AUX Input cable to a desired location.
- Optional: Route and connect the blue Remote Wire and the blue Signal Output cable to an additional amplifier or Stealth AS subwoofer.
- Switch back into Run Mode.

Control Panel Functions
- Power/AUX: Long press (3 sec) to turn the soundbar ON or OFF. Short press to enter AUX mode ( icon red). For additional instructions reference page 11.
- Dome Light: Short press to turn the dome light ON or OFF.
- Track Back: Short press for the previous track.
- RGB Switch: A long press will turn the RGB accent lights ON or OFF. Short press the RGB switch to toggle RGB modes. For additional RGB mode instructions reference page 13.
- Volume Down: Short press to lower the soundbar volume.
- Volume Up: Short press to increase the soundbar volume.
- Track Forward: Short press to skip the current track.
- Play/Pause: Short press to play/pause the current track.
- Bluetooth®/Broadcasting: Short press to enter Bluetooth® pairing mode ( icon blue). Enter broadcasting mode by long pressing (LP) the Bluetooth® icon for 3 sec ( icon green). For additional instructions reference page 11-12.
Remote Functions
Note: Remote only functions while the soundbar is on.
- Bluetooth®/AUX: Short press to toggle between AUX mode ( icon red) and Bluetooth® mode ( icon blue).
- Dome Light: Short press to turn the dome light ON or OFF.
- Play/Pause: Short press to play/pause the current track.
- RGB Switch: A long press will turn the RGB accent lights ON or OFF. Short press the RGB switch to toggle RGB modes. For additional RGB mode instructions reference page 13.
- Track Forward: Short press to skip the current track.
- Volume Up: Short press to increase the soundbar volume.
- Volume Down: Short press to lower the soundbar volume.
- Track Back: Short press for the previous track.
Audio Source Connection
AUX Mode:
Short press the power button on the control panel, or icon on the remote, to toggle between AUX ( icon red) and Bluetooth® ( ****icon blue).
Bluetooth® Mode:
Pairing a new device:
Single press the Bluetooth® button on the control panel to enter Bluetooth®
pairing mode, the icon will flash blue until paired to a device. Once
paired, the icon will stay solid blue.
Reset Bluetooth® Paring List:
In Bluetooth® mode, very long press (VLP) the Bluetooth® button on the control
panel for 8-10 sec to clear all the Bluetooth® devices from the pairing list.
After the pairing list is cleared, it will re-enter Bluetooth® pairing mode,
and the icon will flash blue until connected to a device. Once paired, the
icon will stay solid blue.
Broadcasting Mode:
To sync multiple Stealth XT soundbars using broadcasting mode, audio needs to
be played through Bluetooth®. Broadcasting will not work using audio from AUX
mode.
Syncing Multiple Stealth XT soundbars: ****
- Long press (LP) the Bluetooth® icon on the control panel for 3 sec. The **** icon will turn solid green when the soundbar enters broadcasting mode.
- Primary soundbar: First soundbar to enter broadcasting mode while playing audio becomes the primary unit.
- Secondary soundbar: Soundbars that enter broadcasting mode with no audio playing will automatically sync and play the audio from the primary unit.
- Exit broadcasting mode by long pressing ****the icon on the control panel for 3 sec.
Volume Sync:
Control the volume through the primary soundbar’s control panel, wireless
remote, or connected media device. Newly synced soundbars may have varying
levels, and syncing volumes may be necessary.
- Turn down the volume on the primary soundbar until the volume level is at zero for all synced soundbars.
- Once the volume level is zero, the levels are now in sync.
- Volume is now freely adjustable and set to desired levels.
Note: Secondary soundbars can independently adjust their volume after the volume sync. To re-sync, follow the steps again in order.
Change Primary soundbar:
When switching a soundbar from secondary to primary, both primary and
secondary soundbars need separate media device connections. Meaning, the
secondary device must have been connected through Bluetooth® to another device
prior to entering broadcast mode.
- Pause the audio on the primary soundbar.
- Begin playing audio on the secondary soundbar from the media device connected to it.
- The primary soundbar, and all others synced, will now play the audio from that secondary soundbar making it the new primary soundbar.
Factory Reseting the Soundbar
- Factory reset the soundbar by very long pressing the Volume down and Play/ Pause buttons simultaneously for 8-10 sec on the Stealth XT control panel.
- The RGB lights will flash, and the soundbar will turn off.
- The soundbar has now been factory reset.
Note: The wireless remote will need to be re-paired after factory reset.
Remote Paring Instructions
Paring after factory reseting the soundbar:
- Very long press the Volume down and up buttons on the remote for 8-10 sec until the RGB lights flash on the soundbar. The remote is now paired.
Paring a new wireless remote:
If replacing a previously paired remote, the soundbar needs a factory reset to
forget the previous remote.
- Factory reset the soundbar by very long pressing the Volume down and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for 8-10 sec on the Stealth XT control panel.
- The RGB lights will flash, and the soundbar will turn off.
- Turn the soundbar back on and wait for the icon to flash blue.
- Very long press the Volume down and up buttons on the remote for 8-10 sec until the RGB lights flash on the soundbar. The remote is now paired.
Stealth XT Soundbar RGB Mode Chart
Cycle through all 12 color modes using the RGB button on either the control panel or remote. After reaching mode 12, short pressing the RGB button will bring you back to mode 1.
- Power On: Very long press the RGB button to turn on the accent lights.
- Changing modes: Short Press the RGB button to cycle through all the modes.
- Power off: Very long press the RGB button to turn off the accent lights.

Limited Warranty
What This Warranty Covers
This is a “Limited” warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials
and workmanship and the warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is
not transferable. This warranty is only valid if the original purchase was
made from an authorized Wet Sounds dealer.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for 2 years from the date of the purchase.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to
sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, household bleach, or any cleaning
material that contains abrasive substances. For information on how to prevent
fading or discoloration, consult recommendations on cleaning products. Wet
Sounds, Inc. does not cover the cost for removal and reinstallation of any
kind. Additionally, shipping to Wet Sounds, Inc. is covered by the purchaser.
This warranty is void and inapplicable if Wet Sounds deems that the product
was abused or misused; including but not limited to Speaker product that has
been improperly-powered (under or over powered), causing thermal (burnt voice
coil) and/or mechanical failure (torn surrounds or spiders), damage caused by
accident, mishandling, improper installation, negligence, normal wear and
tear, excessive water or heat damage, freight damage or products that have
been altered in any way. (The warranty is not transferable and will neither
apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers nor product owned by
anyone other than the original purchaser from an authorized Wet Sounds
dealer.) Wet Sounds is not responsible for any damages to a consumer’s boat or
person from a product failure. The warranty is void if Wet Sounds deems the
product was installed or used improperly. Wet Sounds shall not be responsible
for any incidental or consequential damages, except to the extent you may also
have other rights which vary by state.
What Wet Sounds, Inc. Will Do
Wet Sounds, Inc. will repair any part of your product that proves to be
defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible,
Wet Sounds, Inc. will replace the product in question. If it is deemed
necessary, Wet Sounds, Inc. will either replace the entire product with a
refurbished unit or it will be replaced with a model that is similar in price
if that model is no longer available. Labor cost and materials needed to
complete this service will be at no charge to the purchaser. Additionally, the
cost of shipping to the consumer is also covered under this warranty.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
Contact Wet Sounds, Inc. either by phone at

warranty@wetsounds.com. A service
representative will assist you in the necessary actions to verify that the
problem that you are experiencing is covered under warranty. If it is in fact
a warranty issue, Wet Sounds will issue an RA number for tracking purposes and
give instructions on sending the product in for evaluation.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives youspecific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.

Caution & Respect
Wet Sounds speakers can achieve very high sound pressure levels. Please use
this product responsibly. Be aware that sound travels great distances across
water so please respect other boaters especially while loading/unloading at
the ramp or dock. Wet Sounds, Inc. is not responsible for any violations of
the law that may be a direct result of excessive volume. Please abide by the
rules but have fun doing it.
