Power On Off

Power On: Start your car and plug BH478 into the car’s cigarette lighter. It will turn on after being electrified, and its screen will turn on automatically and flash once per second. If it’s in a power-off state while being electrified, long-press ‘1f button for ls to turn it on. Power Off: Cut its power to turn it off. When it’s in power-on state, long press ‘t,” button for 2s to turn it off.
Note: When BH478 is turned off by long pressing the “b” button for 2s, its charging ports are still available for charging.

Screen Display

  •  After power on, the screen will flash bt.
  •  After successful pairing, the screen will display bt and light on constantly.
  •  Long press 4′; button for 2s to enter FM tuning mode, and the screen will
    display frequency.

FM Tuning and Bluetooth Connection

  • Attention: When using it for the first time, you need to adjust the blank FM frequency of BH478 to be the same as that of your car (Not a frequency of local broadcast/A frequency without any
  • broadcast/A frequency only with white noise). For seeking a better sound enjoyment, please make sure that the blank FM frequencies of BH478 and your car are the same when every time you use
  • the product (Not a frequency of local broadcast/A frequency without any broadcast/A frequency only with white noise).
  •  Adjust your car’s FM radio to a blank frequency (A frequency without any broadcast/A frequency only with white noise), such as FMBB.8.
  •  Long press/; button for 2s to enter FM tuning mode, and the frequency on the screen will flash. Then toggle the phone button to adjust the frequency. Toggle it to the right~’@• to increase the

Bluetooth Connection

  •  BH478 will display the current-voltage of your car battery on the screen after power on. Then it enters into bt state (pairing state) after 2 s and waits for pairing.

  •  Turn on the Blue tooth of your smart device and search “BH478” and con­nect to it. The screen will display bt and light on constantly after a successful connection. Now you can play music via Bluetooth. Generally speaking, they will pair up automatically for connection, but it also needs you to enter a password sometimes, such as prompt – please enter the original password
    “0000”. (When used again, BH478 will reconnect the last connected device.)

4. Bluetooth Hands-free Function

  • Answer a Phone Call: Short press the “4′;” button.
  •  Hang Up a Phone Call: Short press”(;” button.
  •  Redial last Phone Number: Double press the “4′;” button.
  •  Reject a Phone Call: long press the “ti,” button for 2s.
  •  Switch Phone Call to Private: Long press the “I,” button for 2s on the phone.

Music Function (Please ensure the successful FM tun• Ing before uslqthls function)

Bluetooth/U Disk – 2 Music Sources

Bluetooth Mode: After your smart device (eg. Phone) is connected to BH478’s Blue tooth successfully, the music will be synchronized to your car speaker if you play music on your phone.
U Disk Mode: Plug U disk into product’s port, and it will automatically recognize the device and play the music in it. Sage Human Electronics LYCC-1

Important Note: For better user experience, please choose only one source to play music when every time you use the product.
Music Sound Effect
Bass Boosted Sound Effect: Short pressb button to enable bl bass sur­rounding sound effect, and it will enhance the sound effect of surrounding deep bass. Suitable for dance music, DJ, RAP and some deep-bass songs. (Press b button again to exit from bass mode and the screen will display bO at that time)

Audio Source Selection

  •  Use between Bluetooth and U Disk, it’s by default to play U Disk device.
  •  Auto Play via U Disk: Plug and Play. (Only support “Repeat All”, not support “Repeat One” or “Shuffle”)
  •  In Bluetooth mode. you need to play music by manually entering music software after a power cut or you reboot it. In U disk mode, it will auto­matically replay the song that is played before power cut.

Music Playing Operation A. Play/Pause: Short press

  •  Prev; ous Track, Toggt: to the left to play prev; ous track.
  •  Next Track: Toggle” to the right to play the next track.
  •  Volume Up: Toggle upward to increase volume.
  •  Volume Down: Toggle downward to decrease volume.

 Charging Description

QC3.0 Quick Charge Port Description

  •  For some devices that don’t support QC3.0 quick charge, the maximum output is 5V/2.4A.
  •  For some devices that support QC3.0 quick charge and meet QC3.0 quid: charge protocol, its output is DC 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A.

Type-C Fast Charge Port Description

A. For some devices that don’t support PD fast charge, the maximum output is 5V/2.4A.
B. For some devices that support PD fast charge and meet PD 18 W fast charge protocol, the output is DC 5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A (Please use C to C or C to Lighting data cable).

FAQs

Noise Problems

So1uttons:

  •  Turn down speaker’s volume to its V3 level and turn up the volume of your smart device.
  •  Signal interference. Please switch to another blank frequency.
  •  Re-plug the product and restore it to its original state to work.

You can’t be heard on the Phone Reason 1: The calling method goes wrong Solutions:

  •  Click BH478’s phone button /;to answer the call via car speaker.
  •  Turn on the phone speaker to answer the call.

Reason 2: The calling volume is too low Solutions:

  •  Turn up your phone’s volume.
  •  The volume of another end on the phone is too low, ask the other end to speak up.

Reason 3: The microphone is broken
Solution: Contact customer service for help.
