Use
With the medicine heating blanket HB 675, you can gently warm and relax your whole body. Snuggle up under the extra-soft heating blanket for pleasant, cosy well-being. The heating blanket features an electric temperature control that regulates precisely the warmth supply according to the chosen setting (1-2-3-4). The two outer layers of the three-layer blanket are made of fluffy microfibre fleece. The easy-care material and the detachable operating element make the blanket hand-washable up to 30°.

Operation

Plug the unit into the main outlet and move the slider control 1 from position 0 to position 1. Operation indicator lamp 2 initially lights up green, then it flashes red and subsequently, it lights up red for the remainder of the warmup phase. After a few minutes, you will be able to feel the heating blanket getting noticeably warmer. When the electric blanket reaches the set temperature, lamp 2 lights up green again. When the next warm-up phase begins, the operation indicator lamp lights up red again. If you require a higher temperature setting, move switch 1 to the next positions, 2 or 3, or to the maximum heat setting, position 4. Each time switch is moved, lamp lights up green and then flashes red according to the level at which the switch is set (two, three or four flashes). The lamp then lights up again constantly in red for the remainder of the warm-up phase. Should the heating blanket get too warm for you, slide switch 1 back to a lower setting. To switch off the device, return the switch to position 0. The red power LED 2 will go out, indicating that the unit is switched off. Now unplug the heating blanket from the main outlet.
The heating blanket is designed in such a way that settings 1 and 2 are suitable for continuous use. Push the switch to position 1 or 2 if you want to use it in continuous operation. The appliance is equipped with an anti- overheating device. The heating blanket will switch off automatically after approx. 3 hours of continuous use. To switch it back on, the first move switches 1 back to position 0 then back to the desired heat setting. Unplug the heating blanket from the mains out-let when it is no longer in use.

Cleaning and maintenance

Before washing the heating blanket, unplug it from the main outlet and let it cool down. Unplug the control switch unit from the heating blanket using the connector on the underside. The electric blanket may be washed by hand according to the instructions on the label. Never immerse the control switch unit in water as moisture must not be allowed to get into the unit. To dry, lay the heating blanket flat on a moisture-absorbent towel or mat. When the heating blanket is completely dry, it should be reconnected to the control switch unit in the correct manner. The heating blanket may only be operated with its special control unit. When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. Store the heating blanket in a clean and dry place. When storing, do not place any objects on the electric blanket to prevent buckling.
