LENOXX Vertical Ball Feeder Pitching Machine
INSTALLATION
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove all parts from the packaging carefully.
- Attach the main unit to the base by inserting the main unit’s slot into the base’s slot opening.
- Push Ball Channel B into the back of the main unit. Make sure the tabs are securely snapped into the holes in the main unit. (See PIG. 1)
- Put Ball Channel A into the top of Ball Channel B. Make sure the locking hooks are securely snapped into the gap on Ball Channel A.
- Put the top cap into Channel A
TO INSTALL/ REPLACE BATTERIES
- Turn power off and locate the battery compartment on the top of the base. Unscrew the battery compartment door using a Phillips-head screwdriver (not included).
- Insert/replace the 4 “D” size 1.5V batteries (not included) – follow the polarity diagrams inside the case.
- Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screw. Do not overtighten the screws.
OPERATING GUIDE
LOCATION FOR PLAY: Find a wide-open space; away from breakable items, windows,
or furniture. Recommended for outdoor use.
CAUTION: NEVER AIM A PROJECTILE TOY AT ANOTHER PERSON’S EYES, FACES, PETS
OR ANIMALS. KEEP THIS ITEM AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN AND PETS.
ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. ALWAYS SUPERVISE CHILDREN PLAYING
WITH PROJECTILE TOYS. WARN CHILDREN NOT TO FIRE PROJECTILE TOYS AT OR NEAR
PERSONS AND ANIMALS. Users should distance themselves AT LEAST 3 meters from
the product to avoid being hit by the ball.
- Make sure all parts are securely connected. Make sure both switches on the Ball Release Unit and Main Unit is set to “off”.
- Put balls on Ball Channel A.
- Turn the ON/OFF switch on the Main Unit to the “ON” position, before turning the ON/OFF switch on the release unit! (Very important!)
- Adjust the ball pitching angle and distance by tilting the Main Unit forward or backward.
IMPORTANT: Turn the machine off before loading the balls each time.
PARTS
We recommend the use of protective equipment such as a helmet. (Not included).
Place your pitching machine at the batter’s chest level height for best results.
WARNING:
- Hair can get caught in the “Main Unit roller mechanism”‘ Keep long hair pulled back and away from moving parts.
- Changes or modifications are not allowed
- Never put your eyes or face in front of the pitching hole.
- Never use other types or sizes of ball as this will cause damage to the machine and the bat, and may cause personal injury.
IMPORTANT:
- ONLY USE THE BALLS PROVIDED.
- DO NOT USE ANY OTHER TYPE OR SIZE OF BALL AS THIS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE AND THE BAT.
- -ALWAYS TURN THE UNIT OFF WHEN NOT IN USE TO PRESERVE BATTERIES.
TROUBLESHOOTING / FAQ

Q: Balls do not shoot far enough.
A1: Batteries may be low, replace with new batteries immediately.
A2.: Adjust the ball pitching angle by tilting the Main Unit forward and backward. -
Q: Balls are not shooting after the switch is turned ON.
A1: Check Ball Release Unit, make sure the switch has been turned to ON position. A2: Check if there is more than one ball at the base of channel B. If there is more than one ball at the base of channel B, turn off the machine and manually remove all balls then place balls on the channel again after making sure the switch on the Ball release unit is set to “Off” -
Q: My pitching machine has no power even after batteries have been installed. A1: Make sure the Main Unit is securely slotted into the base.

Q: The pitching machine is launching the balls before I am ready.
A1: Make sure the switch on the Ball release unit is set to “off” before putting balls onto the channel, otherwise the balls will start to roll down the channel and be pitched before the batter is ready.
