The JBL Free is a totally wireless earbud with a charging case. The JBL Wave 100 True Wireless is a totally wireless earbud with a charging case. Both have Bluetooth 5.0 and are sweat-proof, but the JBL Free has a smaller battery capacity (100 mAh) than the JBL Wave 100 True Wireless (150 mAh). Both have an IPX5 rating for water resistance, but the JBL Free has an IPX4 rating for dust resistance while the JBL Wave 100 True Wireless has an IPX7 rating for dust resistance.
Can you connect these earbuds to more than one device at the same time?
Our JBL VIBE 100 TWS does not have a Multi-point connection feature.
Can you use the right and left ear bud independently for calls? And how this the call quality for both you and the person you are talking with?

Our JBL VIBE 100 TWS doesn’t work with the Live Listen feature for iPhones.
What is the range for these? How many feet?
Our JBL VIBE 100TWS has a Bluetooth range of 10 – 15 meters, with no large objects blocking the line of sight. A distance farther than that would pose signal deterioration

Is this water proof?
Our JBL VIBE 100 TWS is sweat-proof which helps protect the headphones from sweat and moisture but it is not water-proof.
After charging the case over night (no led pattern) and letting the buds sit in the case for a day, the buds still show 30% and 40% charge? help?
If you have other USB charging cables, give them a try. (Be sure that the cable has the same type of connector as the original one that came with your product.). Same for the charger- if your product charges by USB, try a different USB charger. Be sure that it is rated at least 2.0a (2 amps) output. Try other electrical outlets at your location to be certain it is not a local wiring issue. Sand or dirt can get into the product’s charging port. Check the port. Clean if needed with compressed air or a toothpick. If these steps do not fix the problem, please perform a factory reset by pressing the JBL logo on either the left or right earbud twice followed by a long press for 5 seconds while the earbuds are outside the charging case and connected with each other. If you’re still experiencing charging issues after the reset procedure, contact JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance.

Are these Sound cancelling?
Our JBL VIBE 100 TWS does not have a noise cancelling feature. For earbuds with the noise cancelling feature we recommend these instead: JBL Reflect Mini NC, JBL Live Pro+ TWS, and JBL Live Free NC+ TWS.
Can connect to a smart tv?
Our JBL Vibe 100TWS is designed to be used for connecting with your mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for streaming audio. You may encounter audio- video delays when you’ll be using it to connect with your TV via Bluetooth since these earbuds don’t have aptxHD low latency codec.
