Installation Guidelines

Attach top panel to body unit.
Attach waterproof cable(s) (such as Power Cord) to WDC94 waterproof connector(s).
Attach the rear core of the wire to the Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
Solder rear core connector with wire to connect it.
If one or two holes is/are unused, install PG7 Connector and Ø5mm Waterproof Rubber Sealer Plug Cover.

Dimension for placement of PCB.
PCB external dimension must be less than 82mm x 76mm (LxW) or 3.25” x 3.00”, installation holes distance should be 35mm x 45mm (LxW).
Attach PCB to WDC94.
a. Attach PCB without batteries to a body panel of WDC94.
b. Attach PCB with batteries to a body panel of WDC94.

Service and warranty

Customer service of WONDOM Audio Technology (WONDOM) products should only be carried out by authorized service agents like dealers/distributors/resellers. WONDOM promises more than 5 years life cycle of all standard products. We will offer one (1) a year free warranty for customers’ sake. WINDOM warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in one (1) year. During the warranty period, WONDOM will repair or replace (at WONDOM’s option) this product, or any defective part of this product, if it is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function. The original one (1) year warranty term starts from the order date, and is not prolongable and this limited warranty is non-transferable. For any WONDOM products you buy from Sure Electronics online shop, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, receive a faulty item or simply change your mind, please feel free to follow our simple returns process. You can contact our team at store@sure- electronics.com to initiate the returns process for an exchange, a refund or repair.

What is required to make a return:

Order information placed with Sure Electronics (e.g. order number /transaction ID), Sure Electronics only take responsibility to the products sold from its website, if you purchase(d) WONDOM products from another dealer/distributor/reseller, please contact your local dealer/distributor/reseller.
Product SKU & quantity you are having a problem with.
Return/refund reason (If the product is defective, please provide us with a picture or video).
Your choice as an exchange, a repair or a refund.
