SOULRUN R-1 Bluetooth Remote Control Instructions
Reminder: Thank you for purchasing this product! Wrong operation may cause abnormal use or even damage related equipment. We strongly recommend that you read this manual carefully before using the equipment, and strictly abide by the prescribed operating procedures. Note: Short press the button means: press the switch in about 1 second to send it off, long press the button means: press and hold the button and not release it.
1. Function description
Power on the remote control: Short press the power button Power, the No. 1 indicator light is long on, the 2.3.4.5 indicator light flashes, and all goes out after 3 seconds. Remote control shutdown: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, after the No. 1 indicator light is off, it has been turned off. Remote control automatic shutdown: If the remote control is not connected to the scooter, it will automatically shut down within 30 seconds. If the remote control and the scooter are connected, it will not automatically shut down. You must wait for the scooter to shut down and then shut down after 30 seconds of no connection. Pairing method: First turn on the power of the scooter, then press and hold the power button of the scooter for 3 seconds, after the indicator light of the scooter flashes once for 0.5 seconds, the scooter enters the pairing mode, then turn on the power of the remote control, there is a hidden button on the back of the remote control, use a long needle Poke the “pairing button” into the small hole and press it once to release, don’t hold it for a long time, release it after a short time, the No. 1 light of the remote control flashes, the power indicator of the scooter flashes, and the pairing is successful and it can be used. Note: long press the power button of the scooter, and short press the remote control. Scooter battery indicator:
The remote control is successfully connected to the scooter and can be used.
The indicator lights 2, 3, 4, and 5 indicate the power of the scooter, (No. 2
light “100%-75%”) power, (No. 3 light “75%-50%”) Battery, (No. 4 light
“50%-25%”) (No. 5 light “25%-5%”) When the power is lower than “10%-0%”, the
No. 5 indicator flashes for 0.5 seconds, Remote control battery indicator:
Within 3 seconds when the remote control is turned on, the lights 2, 3, 4, and
5 flash to indicate the power level of the remote control. No. 4 light
“50%-25%”) (No. 5 light “25%-5%”) power. Displays the power of the remote
control. When the power of the remote control is lower than 20%, the No. 6
indicator flashes for 0.5 seconds. Accelerate/Brake:
Push the “wheel” forward to control the skateboard forward, and pull the
“wheel” back to control the skateboard brake. Push the ‘roller’ forward to
switch the speed gear, and pull the ‘roller’ backward to switch the brake
force adjustment. Scooter direction switching:
The scooter is in a stationary state, long press the Reverse button for 3 seconds to switch the front and rear directions of the scooter, the scooter is driving in the forward direction, the No. 1 light will display green, and then short press the Reverse button, the No. 1 light will display red when the scooter is driving backward, and cycle forward and backward in turn. Direction, light 1 green/red indicates the direction of the scooter.
Scooter speed gear switch: In the stationary state of the scooter, or in the
sliding state of the scooter, short press the
Power button to switch the four gears of the scooter, the No. 5 light of one
gear is long on, the second gear No. 4 light is long on, the third gear No. 3
light is long on, four Gear No. 2 is on for a long time, and exits after 3
seconds after the switch is successful. Note: when each gear and each light
are on, the other three lights are off.
Remarks: the first gear is a low-speed gear, and the second gear is a medium gear Gears, the third gear is a high-speed economic gear, and the fourth gear is a violent gear for sports players. Scooter brake force gear switch:
The remote control pulls the “roller” backwards and does not send it off, and
at the same time, short press the Power button to switch the scooter braking
force to four gears, the No. 5 light of the first gear flashes, the second
gear No. 4 light flashes, the third gear No. Gear No. 2 flashes. Note: The
other lights are not on in each gear and when each light is flashing. Remote
control charging:
The remote control is charged with Micro USB. After the remote control is
connected and charged, the indicator light of 2.3.4.5 of the remote control
flashes and moves rapidly. (Similar to the marquee), all four lights are on
long to indicate that the remote control is fully charged. The light is the
charging indicator. Remote control battery protection: When the power of the
remote control is lower than 20%, the No. 6 light flashes. When the battery
voltage is lower than 5%, the battery voltage is lower than 3.2V. Pushing the
“roller” forward is prohibited, and pulling the “roller” backward to brake is
normal. When the power of the remote control is lower than 1% and the voltage
is 3.0V, the remote control will automatically shut down. Note: When the power
of the remote control is lower than 20%, and the sixth indicator light
flashes, the user should charge the remote control in time to avoid damage to
the lithium battery due to over discharge. Signal loss: When the signal is
lost, if the remote control is in the acceleration state, the scooter stops
accelerating and the motor coasts freely. When the scooter is in the braking
state, the signal loss time is still valid within 1 second, and the brake is
still valid within 1 second, and it can continue to be used if it is
reconnected within 1 second. After the signal is lost for more than 1 second,
the brakes will be disabled and the skateboard will be equal to freeride.

designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However,
there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and
on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more
of the following measures:
— Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
— Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
— Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to
which the receiver is connected.
— Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
