Specification
This light is rated IP65. It is fully protected against dust and is protected against low pressure jets of water from all directions (limited ingress permitted). This does not include the attached plug.

Inspect the product and electrical connections for signs of damage or battery leakage before every use.
WARNING! Do not use the product if defects are present and withdraw it from service until it has been repaired. If the external power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by suitably qualified personnel or returned to Draper Tools for repair. -
ONLY the supplied adaptor should be used to charge this product; DO
NOT use the adaptor to charge other products or batteries. -
DO NOT use the charging adaptor if wet.

Always ensure that the voltage rating on the charging adaptor is appropriate for the power supply to be used.

Remove all packaging and wrapping before use.

Position the product appropriately
− Use only on level surfaces.
− Ensure that the product is stable and unlikely to tip over.
− Where necessary, apply weights to the stand or secure it.
− Ensure that all joints are securely fastened when the product is in use or stored.
− This is a Class III appliance and should only be used with the charging adaptor supplied. -
WARNING! This product gets hot when in use.
− NEVER place objects on the lamp area or hang objects on any part of this product.
− NEVER use the light near flammable or combustible substances or equipment.
− ALWAYS disconnect the power supply and allow at least ten minutes for the product to cool before attempting any maintenance or adjustment. -
WARNING! Do not stare at the operating light source.

ALWAYS ensure that the light is switched off during charging.
− Keep trailing cables and extension leads tidy and secured to avoid trip hazards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Important : Maintenance and repair, including replacement of the light source, must only be performed by qualified personnel with sufficient knowledge of the electrical circuits used in this device.

Charge the product for at least six hours before first use.

Always disconnect the power supply and allow the lamp to cool before cleaning.

Clean the lamp using a dry cloth ONLY.
CAUTION! Do not immerse this product in water. -
Store the product in a clean and dry environment, out of reach of children, with all joints firmly secured.

Charge the light fully before storing and at least every three months between uses to maintain the battery life.
If the light does not illuminate when switched on, check the charge level.
Ensure that charge is retained when disconnected from mains power.

Operation Instructions
Before use, check that all parts are present and not damaged.

Accessing the Control Panel
To open, press inwards on the panel door (3) beside the latch (4) and unclip the latch to open.
Bulb Brightness
Press the on/off button (9) to cycle through the bulb brightness settings:
- 30% brightness
- 50% brightness
- 100% brightness

USB Power Bank Functionality
The product can be used as a power bank for devices with low-power USB charging. To enable USB functionality:
- Connect a device to the USB output port (5)
- Press and hold the on/off button (9) for two seconds
- Illumination of the USB function indicator (6) signals that USB functionality is enabled
- To disable USB functionality, hold the on/off button for two seconds until the indicator goes out
To extend the lamp’s battery life, remove any connected devices and disable USB functionality when not required.
Charging
To charge, switch off the light and connect the supplied power cable from the light to an appropriate mains socket. The charge level is signalled by the battery level indicator LEDs (7).
CAUTION! ONLY use the charging adaptor supplied. DO NOT charge the light while it is switched on.
Battery Level Indicators
The light’s approximate battery level is displayed by the battery level indicator LEDs (7):
- 100% – Green
- 50% – Green
- 30% – Red
Disposal
Do not dispose of electrical products with household waste. At the end of its working life, or when it can no longer be repaired, dispose of the site light according to local regulations.
