How To Connect Your Earbuds
- Remove earbuds from the charging case supplied.
- Turn on your bluetooth device and search for ‘BOOM BUDS 2’ connect.
- When successfully connected, a prompt will appear saying “headset is required to pair “select OK and connect.
- Your device should be successfully paired.
- If your earbuds are struggling to pair please try resetting them by following instructions ‘How to Reset Your Earbuds’.
Lost Connection
- If you lose connection when out of range, the device should automatically re-connect when It’s back in range within 30 seconds.
- If you are out of range for longer than 30 seconds, you need to manually press the earbuds touch button to re-connect.
How To Reset Your Earbuds
- Quickly tap the button on both earbuds 9 times simultaneously and wait for 3-5 seconds.
- Once successfully reset, both earbuds should blink a green light for another 3 – 5 seconds.
- One earbud will then stop blinking and the other will
- flash red and green. This means it is searching for a device to connect to.
- Follow the instructions ‘How to Connect Your Earbuds’ to try again.
Troubleshooting Advice
Earbuds can only operate when connected to 1 device at a time. If you wish to establish a new connection, please disconnect from the current device, and reconnect to the new device. If the earbuds cannot be connected, simply place the product back into the charger case and wait for all lights to turn off. Once lights are off, remove earbuds from charging case and start the “How to Connect your Earbuds” process again.
General Use
- Tap the left or right earbud once to pause and once to play.
- Tap the left earbud two times to listen to the previous song.
- Tap the right earbud two t times to play the next song.
- Tap the left or right earbud t hree times to speak to your voice assistant.
- Hold down the left earbud to reduce volume.
- Hold down the right earbud to increase the volume.
How To Answer Calls
- Tap the left or right earbud once to answer phone.
- Tap the left or right earbud twice to decline a call.
- Hold down t he left earbud to reduce the volume.
- Hold down the right earbud to increase the volume.
