Connect Correctly

We need to link the antenna correctly. 2.4G antenna interface is connected to 2.4G antenna. 4G antenna interface is connected to 4G antenna.

(SOME ROUTERS ANTENNAS ARE NOT DETACHABLE, SO NOT NEED THIS STEP.)

Insert the Card way

Insert the SIM Card Correctly. Need to SIM card chip facing up. Make sure to Insert it the right way.

Connect The Router Power Adopter.

Wait a few minutes, the 4G and WiFi indicator flashes. The WiFi indicator lights up to indicate that the router has recognized the SIM card.

Connect Computer and Router with Network Cable

Check the WiFi address and name on the back.

The WIFI name of each router is different.Each router has a MAC address at the bottom,WIFI names are the last 4 digits of MAC address,For example: WIFI- 65F228
(MAC at the bottom of the router: 65:F2:28).

Open a browser and enter the default management IP address 192.168.1.1, enter the default password admin to log in.

Check Web interface show work Mode Signal And IP Address. Then Click Network →→ → Select 4G is Prefered →→ → Dialing mode Select QMI mode →→ → Click Advanced set up →→ → Fill up Correct APN (APN confirm from SIM Card Provider) →→ → Click the “Save” button. (US only mode)

Wait for 4G dialing, and check 4G status.

(If the router can work normally, then the setup is complete, otherwise please check the following steps)

Faulty

1. The SIM Card number is –, That means No SIM card be recognized.
   
   Please check if your SIM card install correct or SIM card invalid and need to use our giveaway SIM Card cover.

2. SIM Card recognized, but unable to dial up.
   

   • If your SIM card frequency band is compatible with our product, but it cannot be used. Please follow the steps below to check the problem.

Possible factors

• A Possible factor
  Your SIM card is not in service. Please contact the carrier and check if the SIM card could be use as loT hotspot and if the valid data plan has been activated.

• B Possible factor
  Some SIM Card need to setup APN to connect or contact your SIM card operator to confirm.

• C Possible factor
  Try To setting different Dialing Ways.
  

  • If You Do Not Know Which is the Right Way Please send the Screen to us.

• D Possible factor
  If possible, please try another type of SIM card test such as : ATT I T-Mobile I Free Sim Cards

• E Possible factor
  Please Click The ” More Module Information ” And Send it to us.
