Read this section thoroughly before using the product. Please ensure you observe the safety instructions to avoid accidents, injury and damage. This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lacking experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received and understood the instructions/safety warnings for use of the product from this person in advance.

- If you experience persistent hearing loss, consult your doctor.

Remove product immediately if you experience a warming sensation or loss of hearing.

Use caution and abide by applicable laws for earphone use. Focus on your safety and that of others if you use the earphones while engaging in any activity requiring your attention, e.g. while driving, riding a bicycle or walking in or near traffic, a construction site or railroad, etc. Remove the earphones or adjust your volume to ensure you can hear surrounding sounds, including alarms and warning signals.

This product is equipped with an in-built Li-polymer battery. Failure to follow these instructions could cause the Li-polymer battery to leak acid, become hot, explode or ignite and cause injury and/or damage:

The product must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage (SELV) corresponding to the marking on the product/product manual.

The product must only be charged with the supplied USB Charging Cable. It must only be charged according to the power rating indicated.

This product operates in an unlicensed ISM band at 2.4 GHz. In the event this product is used near other wireless devices such as microwave and wireless LAN, which operate on the same frequency band as this product, there isa possibility that interference may occur. If interference occurs, stop the operation of the other devices or relocate this product away from other wireless devices before attempting to use it

Charging Mode
| The red light indicator flashes when being charged. The red light will be steady when fully charged.

Charging the Earphones
The indicator light of the earphone is red when being charged, and will tum
off automatically after being fully charged.
Place the earphone (L) (R) into the corresponding position of the charging base.
Charging the Base
- Use the USB charging cable to charge the base.
- Use the USB charging cable provided to connect with a suitable computer USB port
- Use th e USB charginh cab Ie provided to connect with a suitable charger
Turning the Earphones ON/OFF
Method
- In OFF MODE, press and hold the right or left earphone Multi-Function Button (MFB) for 2 seconds to turn on.
- In ON MODE, press and hold the right or left earphone MFB for 5 seconds to turn off.
Method
Pick up the earphones from the charging base to tum them on automatically.
Place the earphones back into the charging base and close the cover to turn them off automatically.
TWS Pairing
Pick up the two earphones from the charging base to power on and wait for 10 seconds. The two earphones will enter auto-pairing mode. The two earphones will pair with each other after a few seconds, with the right earphone flashing red and blue. The earphones will then connect with your device’s Bluetooth® function.
In OFF mode, press MFB button on each earphone to power ON and wait for 1 O seconds. The two earphones will enter auto-pairing mode. The two earphones connect with each other after few seconds. Search your device’s Bluetooth® function for “Quantum Sonic”. Press “Quantum Sonic” to connect the earphones to your device. You will then hear an audible “Left/Right Connected” and finally an audible “Connected” voice. Both earphones will now be connected to your device and will be ready to accept a Bluetooth® signal.
Search for the name “Quantum Sonic” from your device’s Bluetooth® device list.
Note: If you are having trouble connecting, go into your device’s
Bluetootlt> settings, find QSE100 and “Forget this Device” and re-pair the
device.
Answering and Ending a Call
When answering an incoming call, short press MFB button of the right or
left earphone to answer the call after a “beep” is heard. To end a call,
simply press the MFB button of either the right or left earphone. You’ll then
hear a “beep” which signals that the call has ended.
Reject a call
Press and hold the MFB button of either the right or left earphone for 2 seconds to reject the call. The earphone emits an audible “beep” twice and indicates “call rejected”.
Voice Dialing
In standby mode or while playing music, short press the MFB button of the left earphone and you will hear a “beep” once. This feature is only supported with a device which has a voice dialing function. Activate Siri® or Google™ Assistant with this feature.
Music Pause/Playing
In standby mode or while playing music, short press the MFB button of the left earphone and you will hear a “beep” once. This feature is only supported with a device which has a voice dialing function. Activate Siri® or Google™ Assistant with this feature.
Volume+/-
In call mode or music playing mode, double click MFB button of the right
earphone to volume UP. Double click MFB button of the left earphone to volume
DOWN. When the earphone reaches maximum or minimum volume, a “beep will be
heard.
Forward/backward
In music playing mode, long press MFB button of the right earphone for 2
seconds to forward to the next song. Long press MFB button of the left
earphone for 2 seconds to rewind to the beginning of the song. Immediately
long press again the left earphone for 2 seconds to go back to the previous
song.
Maintenance
- Do not use abrasive cleaning solvents to clean either the earphones or the charging base.
- A soft cloth should be used to clean regularly.
- Do not allow the earphones to come in contact with any sharp objects or moisture, as this could cause damage to the product.
- Store in a safe cool dry place, away from children as per Safety Warnings.

This Quantum Sonic product is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if the product is modified or altered is subject to misuse or abuse, damaged in transit or lack of responsible care, is dropped, if damage occurs by reason of failure to follow the written instruction booklet enclosed, or if product repairs are carried out without authority from J.A. Davey Ply Ltd. We will repair, or at our option replace free of charge, any parts necessary to correct material or workmanship, or replace the entire product and return to you during the period of the warranty. Otherwise, we will quote for any repair which will be carried out on acceptance of our quotation. The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product, which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state or territory laws in Australia and New Zealand. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
