Document Abstract
This document describes the LED status of Quantum Networks indoor and outdoor AP.
The guide applies to QN-I-200, QN-I-220, QN-H-220, QN-H-245, QN-I-270, QN-I-470, QNI-210 and QN-O-230 model only.
Details of LED status on Quantum Networks Indoor AP
QN-I-220

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Red , Green, Blue Blue – On: when AP is in Boot process or in Quick setup

Red – On: AP is in standalone mode
Green – On: AP is managed through Cloud and connected with Controller
Green Blinking: AP is managed through Cloud but disconnected from Controller
Red Blinking: Quick setup is completed and AP is updating with cloud configuration (while update is in process, please do not remove power source)

QN-H-220

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Red , Green, Blue Blue – On: when AP is in Boot process or in Quick setup

Red – On: AP is in standalone mode
Green – On: AP is managed through Cloud and connected with Controller
Green Blinking: AP is managed through Cloud but disconnected from Controller
Red Blinking: Quick setup is completed and AP is updating with cloud configuration (while update is in process, please do not remove power source)

QN-H-245

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Orange – On Uplink Port is connected through wire
Orange – Blinking AP is power on through Power adopter but uplink

connection not available
2| Green – On| No traffic on 2.4 GHz radio
| Green – Blinking| When traffic on 2.4 GHz radio is active
| Green – Off| 2.4 GHz radio is off
3| Green – On| No traffic on 5 GHz radio
| Green – Blinking| When traffic on 5 GHz radio is active
| Green – Off| 5 GHz radio is off
4| Green – On| AP is managed through cloud and connected with controller
| Green – Blinking| AP is managed through cloud but disconnected from controller
| Green – Off| AP is managed through standalone mode
5| Green – On| AP is power on through PoE or power adopter

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Green – On On: No traffic on 2.4GHz radio
Green – Blinking Blinking: when traffic on 2.4GHz radio is active
Green – Off Off : 2.4GHz radio is off
2 Green – On On: No traffic on 5 GHz radio
Green – Blinking Blinking: when traffic on 5 GHz radio is active
Green – Off Off: 5 GHz radio is off
3 Green – On On: AP is Power on

QN-I-470

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Green – On On: AP is Power on
2 Green – On On: No traffic on 2.4GHz radio
Green – Blinking Blinking: when traffic on 2.4GHz radio is active
Green – Off Off : 2.4GHz radio is off
3 Green – On On: No traffic on 5 GHz radio
Green – Blinking Blinking: when traffic on 5 GHz radio is active
Green – Off Off: 5 GHz radio is off
4 Green – On On: WAN cable connected

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Red , Green, Blue Blue – On: when AP is in Boot process or in Quick setup

LED Count LED Status Condition
1 Green – On On: No traffic on 5 GHz radio
Green – Off Off: 5 GHz radio is off
2 Green – On On: No traffic on 2.4GHz radio
Green – Off Off: 2.4GHz radio is off
3 Green – On On: WAN (ETH / SFP) is connected
Green – Off Off: WAN (ETH / SFP) is not connected
4 Off System
5 Green – On On: AP is Power on
