SPYBOTS 68403 Roboear High-Sensitivity Remote-Listening Robot

Instruction

  1. Remove RoboEar’s backpack by pulling gently on the handle on his back. It should pop off easily.
  2. Have an adult open the battery door on the back of RoboEar with a Phillips head screwdriver (not included) and insert 3 11AAA11 batteries (not included). Then replace the battery door and securely fasten with screw.
  3. Power up the backpack by sliding the button on the back to the ON position
  4. Connect the included wired earbud to the backpack and place the earbud in your ear.
  5. Then power up RoboEar by sliding the button on his back to the ON position. Robo will emit a power-up sound. Now set him in the area you want to monitor. You can get reception up to 100 feet away and in other rooms!
  6. To reset RoboEar just turn him off and on again (see step 5). To preserve battery life when RoboEar is off-duty, slide the button on RoboEar’s back AND the button on his backpack both to the OFF position.

BATTERY SAFETY

  •  Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
  •  Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the Spybot before being charged.
  •  Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  •  Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
  •  Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
  •  Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity(+ and-).
  •  Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the Spybot.
  •  The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.•
  • Keep the instruction sheet for reference since it contains important information.
  •  Do not mix old and new batteries.
  •  Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

WARNING: This product contains Button Batteries. A swallowed Button Cell Battery can cause internal chemical burns in as little as two hours and lead to death. Dispose of used batteries immediately. Keep new and used batteries away from children. If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention. & CAUTION: Long cord/strap. Strangulation hazard. Keep away from small children and animals.
