Dear Customer,
Thank you for choosing our range hood. This hood has been designed and
manufactured specially with a view to satisfying your expectations and it will
certainly constitute a fitting element of a modern outdoor kitchen.
Please read these instructions carefully before installing the hood. They will
help you avoid mistakes during the installation and operation of the hood. We
wish you a lot of satisfaction using our range hood.
The installation work must be undertaken by a qualified electrician and
competent installer. The manufacturer disclaims all liability for any damage
or injury caused by not following the instructions for installation contained
in this manual.
The range hood is rated for use at 220~240V, 50Hz.
GUIDELINES CONCERNING SAFE USE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Check if the voltage value provided on the rating plate corresponds to the local electric supply parameters.
- Uncoil and straighten the electric supply cable before the installation.
- This equipment is not to be used by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental capacities unless they do so under supervision or in accordance with the equipment use instructions given to them by persons who are responsible for their safety.
Children must be prevented from playing with the range hood.
CAUTION:
- The range hood, which serves the purpose of extracting kitchen vapors to the outside of a room (working in an exhaust mode) must be connected to a proper ventilation channel (it must not be connected to chimney ducts, smoke, and combustion gas ducts which are used).
- The equipment must be mounted at the height of at least 650 mm above the work plate of the stove. The hood works the most effectively at the height of 650 mm to 750 mm.
- An open flame must not be left under the range hood.
- Dishes that are fried in fat/oil should be constantly monitored as overheated fat/oil can easily ignite.
- The filter of the range hood must be replaced every 3 months. A filter that contains too much fat is flammable.
- The equipment should be unplugged from the power outlet before replacing the filter or repairing the range hood.
- When connecting the range hood to a 240 V power supply network, it must be connected to an electric outlet that is in good condition.
- Range hoods and other cooking fume extractors may adversely affect the safe operation of appliances burning gas or other fuels (including those in other rooms) due to the backflow of combustion gases. These gases can potentially result in carbon monoxide poisoning. After installation of a range hood or other cooking fume extractor, the operation of flued gas appliances should be tested by a competent person to ensure that the backflow of combustion gases does not occur.
Electric supply requirements
It is necessary to check if the voltage value stated on the rating plate
corresponds to the electric supply parameters in the house and that the
electric supply is marked as (alternating current). The range hood is electric
equipment made in the 1st class of fire protection and it must be connected to
an outlet with a working protection circuit.
Caution! If a supply cable becomes damaged, it must be replaced by a
professional repairer.
Our packaging is made of environmentally friendly materials, which can be

manual, or on the package. The device has been manufactured of recyclable

INSTALLATION FOR ACH9BBQB
Installation of the range hood in the exhaust mode
The following rules must be strictly followed to obtain optimal air extraction
- Keep exhaust duct short and straight
- Do not reduce the size or restrict the exhaust duct
- When using a flexible duct always install the duct pulled taut to minimize pressure loss
- Ensure the exhaust ducting selected for installation complies with relevant standards and is fire retardant.
NOTE: Failure to observe these basic instructions will reduce the performance and increase the noise levels of the range hood.
-
Using a spirit level mark a vertical center line on the wall where the hood is to be positioned, and a horizontal line where the hood base will be.
NOTE: The distance from the horizontal line to an electrical cook-top underneath must be a minimum of 650mm to the gas cooktop and a maximum height of 750mm (Refer to the table below).
Note: If the instructions of the hob specify a greater distance than the minimum above, then that shall be the minimum height for installation. -
Remove all the filters and hang the range hood onto the expansion bolts and make any necessary adjustments to ensure horizontal alignment.
-
Tighten all expansion bolts, checking that they are all properly engaged onto the range hood through the neck of the keyholes.
-
Connect to the power supply and test:
a). Ensure that the voltage of the power supply matches that of the appliance.
b ). The power supply cord must be well fixed so that it cannot contact any sharp edges.
c). Clean the area of all dust and waste matter to avoid it being sucked into the chimney before testing.
d). Plug the appliance into the power supply socket.
e ). Check that the lights, motor, and speed adjustments all work properly. Disconnect from the power supply before proceeding. -
Fitting the ducting:
a) The range hood must be ducted to open-air using rigid or flexible fire- retardant ducting of a suitable length and matching outlet size. One 150cm or 200cm length of aluminum ducting is included.
b). Use 2pcs ST3x8mm screws to fasten the flexible exhaust pipe (if included with the range hood) onto the outlet -
Fitting the telescopic duct cover:
a). Place the two-part telescopic duct cover onto the range hood. Fasten the lower chimney with 2 x ST4x8mm screws, put the chimney in position.
b). Determine the maximum upper chimney position, use 2pcs ST4x55mm screws to secure the upper decorative chimney bracket onto the wall.
c). Extend the upper decorative chimney to the desired height and fix it with the upper decorative chimney bracket by 4pcs ST4x8mm screws.
d). Adjust to the desired length and fasten into place using the two 6 mm screws provided in the bolt pack for masonry walls.
e). Remove all protective film on the chimney and range hood, the installation is now finished. -
Final testing and checking:

Wash the filters in a dishwasher, or by hand using household dish-washing

When replacing, ensure the filters are put back in their correct position.
Wipe any dirt on the mainframe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe with
