HIKMICRO HM-TP5XXX Handheld Thermography Camera

Brief Description

The handheld thermography camera is a camera with thermal images. The built-in high-sensitivity IR detector and high-performance sensor detects the temperature change and measure the real-time temperature. The temperature measurement range is -20°C to 550 °C (-4 °F to 1022 °F) with accuracy ±2 °C. It helps the users to find the risky part and lower their property loss. The device supports live viewing, and capturing, etc.

Button Function
**** Press: display menu or confirm operation

Hold: power on/off

| Exit the menu or return to previous menu.

Press to select parameters.

Interface

  • Charging Indicator: When the device is charging, the LED indicator is red. When the device is fully charged, the LED indicator is green.
  • Trigger: In live view interface, pull the trigger to capture snapshots. In menu mode, pull the trigger to switch to live view.
  • Type-C Interface: Charge the device or export files with the Type-C cable.
  • Tripod Interface: Connected to UNC 1/4”-20 tripod.

Charge Device

After the device starts up, the OSD (on-screen display) shows the battery status. When the battery is low, charge the device and ensure it works properly. For the first charge, charge the device for 10 hours when the device is turned on.

Steps

  1. Lift the Type-C cover.
  2. Plug in the Type-C cable and charge the device.

Safety Instruction

Laws and Regulations
Use of the product must be in strict compliance with the local electrical safety regulations.

Transportation

  • Keep the device in original or similar packaging while transporting it.
  • Keep all wrappers after unpacking them for future use. In case of any failure occurred, you need to return the device to the factory with the original wrapper. Transportation without the original wrapper may result in damage on the device and the company shall not take any responsibilities.
  • Do not drop the product or subject it to physical shock. Keep the device away from magnetic interference.

Power Supply

  • The input voltage should meet the Limited Power Source (3.7 VDC, 0.4 A) according to the IEC61010-1 standard. Please refer to technical specifications for detailed information.
  • Make sure the plug is properly connected to the power socket.
  • DO NOT connect multiple devices to one power adapter, to avoid over-heating or fire hazards caused by overload.

Battery

  • The built-in battery cannot be dismantled. Please contact the manufacture for repair if necessary. The battery may explode if it is replaced by an incorrect type. Replace with the same or equivalent type only. Dispose of used batteries in conformance with the instructions provided by the battery manufacturer.
  • For long-term storage of the battery, make sure it is fully charged every half year to ensure the battery quality. Otherwise, damage may occur.
  • Make sure the plug is properly connected to the power socket.

Maintenance

  • If the product does not work properly, please contact your dealer or the nearest service center. We shall not assume any responsibility for problems caused by unauthorized repair or maintenance.
