Guide and Caution

Power supply precautions
  1. Forsmooth usage, we recommend using a  QC2.0 and QC3.0 Cigar Jack
Wireless charging guidelines
  1. For phones with case, cases with a thickness of 3mm to 5mm is recommended. For some cases the wireless charging function may be limited.

  2. Use the three-way adjustments of the 0-Grab Bal. Place the smartphone in the center of the 0-Grab Bal cradle. (The right positioning of the phone can increasethe chargingefficiency by 20%)

  3. For smartphones thatdo not support wire less charging, please note that a 2 seconds wamingtone may occur orthatthe product may have functional abnormality. Abnormal functionality may occur in the following cases:
    – Smartphones that do not support wire less charging
    – Smartphones made out of metal
    – Smartphone cases made out of metal

  4. Please note that in case of high temperatures in the vehicle, the heat may cause the product to malfunction. Take caution in the followingcases:
    – Temperature above 30°C: decrease of charging Percentage
    – Temperature approx. 60°C: interruption of wireless charging
    – Temperature approx. 80°C: 0-Grab Bal stops operating

O-Grab Bal wireless charging mounting

The wireless charging mount can be used right away without any additional assembly.

  1. Insert/place the O-Grab Bal holding clip in the air vent of the vehicle.
  2. Rotate the fastener on the clip to secure the grip in the air vent.
  3. Plug in the cable and the O-Grab Bal is ready to use.

How to mount the smartphone

  1. Place the smartphone in the mount when the holder is open”
  2. The FOD sensor will detect the smartphone and the holder then closes automatically.
  3.  When the holder is closed the phone has been mounted and charging will start automatically.
[In case the O-Grab Bal holder is closed]

  1. Press the touch sensor button on the left side of the mount in order to open the holder.
  2. Mount the smartphone and it will start charging.
[In case the mount power is still on even when turning off the car

engine]

  1. Touch the sensor on the left side of the main body of the mount.
  2. When the holder opens please take out the smartphone.

Guide to adjusting the O-Grab Bal cradle

  1. It is possible to adjust the 0-Grab Bal cradle in three ways
  2. To center the smartphone in the cradle, please pull or slide the smartphone to the desired position.

Location of the silicone caps

  1. The silicone caps are located in two places: At the connection between the main body of the mount and the Air-up, and the connection between the Air-Up and the air vent clip.
