Search for‘Smart Life’on the Apple App StorGoogle Play or scan the QR code below and download the app
Setting up the Smart Plug

Plug the AK-WS1102 into a wall socket

Plug your AC-powered device into AK-WS1102’s socket
Note: Don’t exceed the maximum power output of 1250W -
Connect your phone or tablet to your 2. 4GH Wi-Fi network
Note: This smart plug only supports 2.4GHz (not 5GHz)networks -
Launch the Smart Life app and log in. For first-time users follow the in-app instructions to register

Once logged in, tap Add Device or tap the the+button in the top-right.

On the smart plug, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds (until the blue LED indicator flashes rapidly enter connection mode

On the app, tap Confirm indicator flash rapidly, enter your Wi-Fi password, and then confirm

Once connected, the setup is complete and you can start using the smart plug to control the power to the device that’s plugged into it
AP Mode
LF quick setup isn’t successful for any the reason, you can use the AP mode to manually configure your smart plug (see in-app instructions on how to set up)

Preparation
Amazon Alexa APP A count Smart Life APP Account ( Users need to register their
own account, elect region as The United States ) Echo, Echo Dot, Tap and other
Amazon voice-operated devices
Tip: Rename the device after configuring successfully. The name of the
device is recommended to use easy pronunciation
of the English words
Set your Echo Speaker by Alexa APP

Sign in with your Alexa account password( not registered, sign up first) After logging in, click the menu at the top left. then click the Settings,
and choose to set up a new device -
Choose a device (for example, Echo). when the right page appears, press the small button continuously on your Echo device until the lights turn yellow. Then click continue on APP.( Note: at this time the mobile phone can not open a variety of VPN software)

Choose the user s WiFi and wait for a few minutes

After an introduction video, click the next step. lt will go to the Home page automatically. Now the echo is connected to Alexa APP through WIFI successfully

Choose skills in the options bar, and then search smart life in the search bar, Select Smart life in the search results, and then click
Enable -
input the user name and password that you had previously registered ed When you see the right page, it means that the Alexa account is linked with the Smart Life account
Control Smart Socket by Voice
After the previous operation succeeded, you can control the socket via Echo.

Discover devices:
Firstly, users need to say to Echo: “Echo(or Alexa), discover my device” Echo will start to find the devices which is added in Smart Life APP, it will take about 20 seconds to show the result. Or you may click “Discover devices” in Alexa APP, it will show the
devices that were found successfully.
Note: “Echo” is one of the wake-up names, which can be any of these three names (Settings): Alexa/Echo/Amazon. -

- Attention: The name of the device must be consistent with the addition of the Smart Life APP.
