First Use
Thoroughly cleans the inside of the tank before first use. We also recommend that you bring 5 liters of water to the boil in the tank by setting the thermostat to maximum.
Positioning the device
Install your device on a flat, solid, cool, and clean surface. Make sure to keep at least 15 cm on each side of the device. Do not put anything on the sterilizer when it is in operation. Make sure that the electrical connection cable does not touch the sterilizer, as well as any other cable.

Device operation

  1. Once the appliance is in place, place the grid at the bottom of the bowl.

  2. Place your jars inside the tank: you can stack them and wedge them with a tea towel so that they do not collide during sterilization.

  3. Re-polish the water tank, taking care not to exceed the MAX level indicated in the tank. You will fill the tank so that the last row of jars is covered at least 3/4 and up to 4 cm from the edge of the jars.

  4. Plugin the device.Set the thermostat to the desired temperature. Switch on the ringer. When the sterilizer rings to indicate the correct temperature, start the timer and turn off the buzzer.

  5. When sterilization is complete, unplug the device and allow the water to cool.

  6. When the water has cooled, drain the appliance by bringing it closer to a sink using the drain valve.

  7. When all the water is empty, remove the jars and check that the sterilization has gone well by checking the tightness of each jar.

TIP: The drain valve not only allows you to drain the appliance but also to serve mulled wine and other drinks prepared with the sterilizer by cleaning it:

  • Unscrew it by turning it to the left, disassemble it the faucet head and clean with soapy water then rinse thoroughly.
  • Screw the tap back on without forcing it. Make sure that the gasket is present by tightening without forcing so as not to damage the gasket, the thread, and the tank.
