How to charge?

1.  When the battery level is too low the product will automatically turn off
2. Using the USB cable Connect with the mobile phone standard jack, and charge

• Q: C an you connect both microphones to an iPad the same time?|
  A: I didn’t try to connect both to the iPad but i was able to do it with my Mac book

• Q: How do u activate it? I want to just sing on it but no sound is coming out
  A: It has a button on top of the spot where you hold the microphone. Hold that button for 2-3 seconds and it will turn on. The best part is that if you are not using it, it turn off automatically to save battery life.

• Q: Where does the sound come from? Is the microphone or the device it’s connected to? In my case, it would be the computer or Promethean board.
  A: The sound should actually come from the microphone itself, once it’s paired to a playlist of some sort because it is Bluetooth!

• Q: It wouldn’t connect to a Bluetooth speaker. Is this defective or can someone tell me how to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker?
  A: Need your Bluetooth speaker to be able to choose to connect like a mobile phone. instead of being connected

• Q: Does this work with using Apple Music?
  A: Yes it does! It plays all apple song and you can sing with it or use it as an odd stereo.

• Q: Do I have to connect to a device or will this work as a voice amplifier without connecting to a device? Masks make it hard to hear my students speak.
  A: No. It does not need to be connected to a device.

• Q: Can I Bluetooth it to my speakers?
  A: If your speaker supports the Bluetooth connection option, it can be connected.

• Q: Is it too loud or can you adjust the volume, I’m a teacher and want it for my class but I don’t want everyone in the school to hear.
  A: Yes the volume can be adjusted to your needs , through the mic as well as through whatever u may use for music through Bluetooth

• Q: W hat is the weight of the package with the 2 mikes together? the description says 9.9 ounces which seems impossible
  A: I didn’t weigh the package, but the item is pretty light. As far as satisfaction goes, we are very happy with the product. We have purchased two sets and they all work perfectly.

• Q: How do you charge the microphones and how long is the charging time? I’m charging the microphone but it won’t turn on at all 🙁
  A: Hi! we plugged ours into a USB charger. if you connected the usb cord to a “cube” maybe the cube is broken. Try charging it on a different outlet or plug into your computer while computer is charging. should make a noise and say its on when you press on the button.

  A: They come in two separate boxes everything is in each box so it would even work to gift them to two different people

• Q: Do you have to connect to Bluetooth to use?
  A: Linking to Bluetooth is for playing music, if you are speaking, you don’t need to link to Bluetooth.

• Q: H ow do you pair both of them so you can sing together on iPhone Bluetooth
  A: Pair them both to your phone and it should play out of both.

• Q: How do I connect the Ovillic microphone to my phone.
  A: Plug the USB connection into the mic and then plug the other end into the charging port of your phone.
