How to replace the pen refill
Step 1:

  • Pull out the used pen tip.

Step 2:

  • Insert the pen refill.

Step 3:

  • Press firmly on a hard surface for 5 seconds until the pen Refill is locked.

Start using the stylus on Surface

  1. Make sure your Surface is powered on.
  2. Open the Raphael 520BT package, press any button for 1 second entering the writing mode. White LED is on in working mode.
  3. The red LED indicates that charging is required. When the battery is fully charged, the red LED will turn to a white LED. Raphael 520B1– will be off when the power is not enough for The user to be able to use the stylus while charging.
  4. Charge for 15 minutes and use for about 70 hours. LED turns to white when fully charged.
  5. Raphael 520B1 provides an intelligent power management system that automatically switches to the optimized power-saving mode and detection voltage:
  • After 10 minutes without use, it will enter the power-saving mode.
  • Press any button to wake up in power-saving mode.
  1. Raphael 520B1 can be charged directly from the universal Micro USB cable (Sonoma).
  2. Due to the characteristics of Lithium-ion batteries, it is recommended to charge the batteries once a month to avoid permanent damage to the Lithium-ion batteries at low voltage for long periods of time.

Bluetooth manual pairing

Begin the manual setup in Windows 10 (Windows 8.1 directions are also below).

  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, open All Settings (Windows 8.1: open Settings Charm and then tap Change PC settings).
  2. Tap devices (Windows 8. 1: tap PC and devices) > Bluetooth Swipe Bluetooth to On.
  3. Press and hold the top button on the Pen for 7 seconds until the LED light flashes to turn on Bluetooth pairing mode.
  4. Tap [ Renaisser Pen in the list.
  5. Test Bluetooth functions (using the button at the top of the Pen).
  • Click to open the Windows Ink Workspace menu.
  • Double click to screen sketch.
  • Press and hold to add sticky notes.
  1. Unpair on the paired computer to allow the new user s computer to pair with Raphael 520BT, or move away from the paired computer and re-pair again.

Safety Information

This product contains a built-in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. It is forbidden to disassemble, crush, bend or put into the fire. Do not use it if there is serious swelling, to be exposed to high temperatures or after it has entered the water.
