This padlock is only can unlock after you set the password in the tuya app.
Download tuya APP
- Download “Tuya SrnarrAPP On your Apple stare Or GOOgle store.
- Open Bluetooth and position the function on your smartphone.
- Register your tuya account with your email or phone No.
Connected devices
Step1: Click “Add Device” to add the padlock, and press any button on the
padlock to wake up.
Step2:
When you see the smart lock show clock” Add”

Unlocking method
1 New
device added this is the home page for padlock, you can tap and hold to unlock
the padlock, also can click the four-button at the bottom to set your padlock
How to set a temporary password
Step1 : Click”Settings” to set a temporary password
Step2: Click Set a temporary password
2.°One-time
passwordejust can unlock the padlock one time in a period of time
3.°Periodic password” can unlock the padlock many times in a period of time
Create Periodic Password
Save the password immediately. The password is not displayed in the app.
Note: Set your password ( more than 8 codes), then set the effects and
expiration time. 1 011,2=E,3=8,4=W
you can set one-time and periodic passwords total of 9 groups.
Remove equipment
Step2:
Click “Remove Device” to remove the padlock.
Step3 : Choose “Disconnect and wipe data” to remove the padlock in your
tuya app.
