    A: The Wave Mic Arm can support mics weighing 250 – 1,000 g / 0.55 – 2.2 lbs. It can accommodate the Blue Snowball’s weight as the Blue Snowball is around 460 g or about a pound.

  • Question:  How long is each arm?
    A: Base to elbow is 13 inches. Elbow to ball mount/socket is 15 inches.

  • Question: Can someone please confirm/deny that this works with a hyperx quadcast s mic with default hardware? please and thank you!
    A: Yes, the Wave Mic Arm can accommodate 1/4“-3/8“-5/8“ mic mounts which includes the HyperX Quadcast S Mic (the HyperX Quadcast S Mic’s included mount adaptor fits 3/8-inch and 5/8-inch threaded setups).

  • Q: Does your microphone pick up keyboard noises when using the low profile arm?
    A: Any microphone could potentially pick up keyboard noises when using any type of low profile arm, not just this arm exclusively. To prevent such noises, you may need to use third party software/mixers to adjust your mic sensitively.

  • Q: can the clip on the back of my monitor stand?
    A: You may be able to clamp it to the back of your monitor stand if the monitor stand has space for the padded clamp that can expand to 60mm/2.4 inches.

  • Q: Will it fit and work with my rode nt1 mic?
    A: Should work very well with that mic.

  • Question: does this work and move to adjust with the hyperx quadcast s?

    A: The mic arm comes with a weight that attaches to where the mic mounts if you have a light microphone. I use a RODE NT-USB that weighs 1.15 lbs. I have no issues.

  • Q: Can I mount the Blue Yeto mic on here?
    A: Yes, the Blue Yeti mic is compatible with the Wave Mic Boom Arm. The Wave Mic Boom Arm has a ball head that can take 1/4” screw and 3/8”-5/8” adapters so as long as the Blue Yeti can take those thread adapters then it will work.

  • Q: Is this arm compatible with a hyperx quadcast s mic?
    A:The arm is compatible with the HyperX Quadcast X S mic as long as it can take a 1/4″ thread screw.

  • Q: Can this be clamped to a shelf in front of and above me and articulate down below the clamp level (overhead mount)?
    A: Yes, it is possible to clamp it and have it reach all the way down below the clamp level (overhead mount)
